    Dishonest and unreliable. The Pure Air techs didn't clean all our vents and left dirty fingerprints around some (freshly painted ceilings). Although they came back (after many delays, including flat tire), they still didn't do a sufficient job. We paid them an additional $800 for black mold cleaning, as we had water problems. They were to provide information on their certification for black mold cleaning but it was never received. Filed two small-claims court citations - each served three times by the sheriff for a total of six attempts (and >$150). Pure Air wouldn't accept the citations - said they moved or didn't answer the door. We are out $1500 for a bad job and still have to hire another company to do it right.
