5 starsGreat experience working with *** at Allstate *********** He is the owner and does his own work. He came out quickly after I called when my AC was coming on all the time and not cooling completely. The air conditioner was old and had been worked on before. This summer was the hottest summer I recall. I was comfortable with *** and ***** in my home. He is friendly, professional, reliable and fair pricing on services. He gave me options for a new unit. I chose the Ruud 5 ton unit. It is a quieter than the old system and my home seems much cooler on a higher temperature. *** had an opening the next day. It was installed quickly. *** took the time to show me how to use the thermostat setting and ***** showed me how to change the filter and where to add bleach every few months. *** called and the next day to check on the system and registered my warranty for me. I couldnt be happier with the service and how cool my home is. *** let me keep the big box for my grandchildren to make a fort. I highly recommend Allstate ***********Review fromKP M

5 starsAllstate Air&Heat responded to my BBB request promptly. The Owner of the company himself, ***, then made an appointment to come out within a few hours of our call, and he was here right on time. *** evaluated the problem both inside my home (thermostat, filter, blowing air) and outside (fan), and then up in the attic (ducts, electrical wiring and connections). He made some adjustments and determined mine was actually an electrical problem and so recommended a reputable electrician (who when called, also came out promptly). After 3 days with no A/C in August (!), those two gentlemen had fixed my A/C and both charges were reasonable for the work done. BONUS: The Owner of Allstate A/C called me 2 days later as a follow-up to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Wonderful customer service!Review fromAdriana L

Allstate Air and Heat is professional and comforting. AC is a very technical business and *** does an excellent job communicating to customers. He's prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He treated me the way he would want a repairman to treat him and it made the experience much easier. There was no pressure to break the bank.
