Id give a 0 if I could. There website doesn't work yet we were charged over 900$, and never received a confirmation number. Both the App, and website feel like a scam. Then there customer service is just a 3rd party who also feels scammy, by taking a payment and disconnecting the call, then call back to have 0 record of us paying or even calling. So you cant use their app/website for the online discount, then you cant buy a ticket over the phone, sense they just take your money. So youre forced to pay over priced tickets at the gate. Really put a bad taste, and most likely will never visit SeaWorldSeaWorld San Antonio

The biggest problem that I have with **** is that the don't train their employees. I went there during the Halloween season last month so I wore this clown gaiter as part of my costume then once the park night time hit and they had employees roaming around the back half of the park and scaring the park guest, 2 security guards were following me around and they asked, "Do you work here?" and I said no then they forced me to take off my gaiter wouldn't leave me alone until I took the whole thing off. Also ride the scariest of rides and I have autism and can't handle waiting in long lines so I have this disability pass that would have to skip the lines for the rides especially when there are shows that I would like to check out but sometimes when I show the employees the disability pass, it freaks them out and then they won't let me through because I don't have anyone to ride with and I'm perfectly fine with going on the rides by myself. It upsets me that the park doesn't train any of their employees except for the ones that work with the animals and they want everyone to have a college degree to work with any of the animals there even this dog that they have as one of their animal ambassadors. The other problems that I have with their disability pass is that it doesn't include 2 of their rides one of them has the worst line to get stuck in at the park which is for The Texas Stingray I forgot what the other one is, it also doesn't include any of the haunted house walkthroughs for Halloween, and it's also made out of paper which will get destroyed if anyone goes on any of the water rides or sit in the splash zone areas of the shows.SeaWorld San Antonio

Today was my first day of work, it was more or less an orientation but I already knew it wasnt a good fit for me. First, there is disorganization with scheduling. I had been scheduled to come in for a training on Saturday the 17th, but was then later told that there is no weekend training. That training was then further given to me, today, the 13th of August. I did not know I was getting the training today, I had become very disoriented and confused with how things were being done. Second, it may have been because I was in the bathroom at the time, but I did not receive a meal voucher with everyone else and did not know about the meal vouchers till later. Due to this I was not able to eat, because I was also unable to use my cash to use the cash-to-card kiosk as I was told I could not leave the break zone till my break was over. Third, I was scheduled to be done by 12:30 today, I ended up staying till 3:30. I had mentioned to someone, Im not sure who, that I had an appointment that couldnt be easily rescheduled for a soon date. I was not told that I could reschedule today training that took place till 3:30. Fourth, the air conditioning in the buildings isnt the best. Training Center 1 had decent air conditioning, but I felt pretty uncomfortable for the time I was in there. Harbor Market feels as if there is no air conditioning, making it very comfortable to enjoy a break there. Due to the poor air conditioning I felt horrible. I am epileptic, and my condition is triggering by overheating. If I had gotten any hotter I couldve had a seizure.SeaWorld San Antonio

I bought an annual pass in 2023, because my family wanted to go, I paid in installments because it was more affordable and was under the impression that by being an "annual pass" would end by the 12th month payment. But guess what, they link you to a commitment in a montly basis anyway after it ends!! A month later I noticed in my bank account that I'm paying a montly membership, and I'm not even close to their parks. I went ahead to cancel the membership to avoid further charges and tried to speak to their customer service team and they come with the "I know you haven't used your pass but we don't refund passes" We had a pass before, and it wasn't renewed automatically but they changed their business strategy to ripe off money from their clients.SeaWorld San Antonio

I am writing to express my disappointment in the recent experience I had with one of your representatives regarding the platinum pass. During my interaction with a representative, I was informed that the platinum pass included all-day dining for me and my family of 6. To my dismay, upon visiting the park the next day, we discovered that this information was false. I understand that a recording of the conversation confirmed that the representative did indeed mention the all-day dining inclusion. I urge you to honor this commitment as it played a significant role in my decision to purchase the platinum pass. I kindly request compensation for the misleading information and false advertising surrounding the platinum pass. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I would give it a 0 if I could. Customer service representative was terrible and pushy. Even the manager was snappy. We had purchased a (single) ticket by accident late at night. Called right in the morning to explain the situation and the customer service guy was very rude about it. We had decided to purchase a yearly pass but with AAA discounts. I do not understand how can you not offer the same deals as AAA. If you can offer it when you buy it at the booth but not on the phone? It felt like he was putting it down like I dont understand that I am dumb. This is just terrible practice. After reading all these comment im glad I didnt purchase a yearly pass. But still mad that they would not refund me either since it was a accidental purchase.SeaWorld San Antonio

I've always had nothing but decent experiences with Sea World SA until recently. When I cancelled my membership on time but they refused to honor it, and charged my account and are now refusing to refund me nearly 700$! UNEXCEPTABLESeaWorld San Antonio

1 starI would not recommend supporting this theme park, especially with annual passes. There is no choice but to purchase using the "EZpay" (which includes auto-renewal). I thought, no big deal, I can easily go online and cancel when the time comes, just like I always do with other businesses who use a similar (shady) practice. So I get the email that my pass will renew soon, and it gives me an option to either click a button to cancel online, or call a number. So I go online, and surprise surprise-- there is actually no possible way to cancel online. So I call the number in the email-- it's an inactive number. So I call the number on the website, and sit on hold for almost a half hour with no response. By this time my phone is hot and dying so I end the call and try again a few hours later. Same thing- on hold nearly 30 minutes; no result. I get online to open up a chat to try to resolve the issue. After a lengthy wait, I finally get a chat rep who claims to have set my account to not renew (we shall see). She states that I'll get a confirmation email (still haven't gotten it). When I share my concerns about how difficult this was, she could care less and quickly ends the chat. Another concern is related to food allergies. They don't allow you to bring in your own food, unless you have food allergies and get park permission to bring food. My younger son has several food allergies. I used the contact information (email) provided on the site to report the food allergy and never got a response. So we went to the park as planned and I tried to find something that seemed safe (because the employees are kids who have no idea what's going on-- not reliable sources of ingredient info). My son ended up getting super sick as a result, which would not have happened if someone could have just responded and given me the proper documentation to bring his meals in with us. I thought I was purchasing a year pass to Sea World. They hid in the fine print that it was auto renewal. They charged me $15 a month for 7 months before I realized. I emailed them about the problem and they didnt email me back but I thought it was resolved. Realized 4 months later that they were still charging me. Called this time and was told Id be called back by a manager in 90 minutes. When that didnt happen I called three weeks later and finally spoke to a manager. After a long frustrating conversation they cancelled my card and refunded me 6 months of charges but refused to refund the whole thing. Way to treat your customers.SeaWorld San Antonio
