    This business added a collection account to my credit report without notifying me of any due balance. I have not yet received a phone call, an email, a letter in the mail; nothing. I moved out of *********** at the end of March 2023, and the collection account was added in May of 2023 in the amount of $307. I left the apartment in good condition with no damages made and no junk for them to remove.

    This resident failed to provide a forwarding address at the time of move out. We did send the final account statement to the last known address which was her apartment at that time, #****, and the letter was never returned to the office. After 30 days of the former resident being unresponsive, her account is then sent to National Credit Solutions so they can attempt to collect this debt. She was given a non renewal for several reasons that we have the lease violations as backup. She was asked not to return to the property because of said prohibited conduct. She continues to come back onto the property and stay with a current occupant, unauthorized and cause issues with current residents and staff. Let me me know if you need any more information.     Not sure if you received my response to the initial inquiry. To sum up, this resident was given a non renewal due to her receiving several lease violations for prohibited conduct. Since no forwarding address was provided at the time of move out, the final account statement was sent to her last known address, which was the apartment she was vacating at the time, #****. Since we did not receive the returned letter we can only assume she had requested a change of address with the **** successfully. She made no attempt to contact this office to set up a payment arrangement for her final balance to avoid the account being sent to collections. 30 days after she moved out, without any communication with the office staff, her account was sent to National Credit Solutions where they are attempting to collect this past due debt.
