I moved into this apartment around Oct of 2023. I was out of state for 3 months and came back July4th. When I opened the door I saw the entire apartment had black mold. So I made a claim with my renter's insurance and also spoke to management. ****************** has settled that I was not at fault since the pipes from upstairs apt had leaked water which came down through my ceiling and walls. I signed a Lease Termination which also states that I am not responsible for the damages and that my deposit will be refunded in 30 days. I had just also paid my rent for the month which I should get back since my lease terminated on 7/8/24. It is now September and I have called at least 20times left 5 messages with the secretary (I think her name is *******) that I would like ****** ******* who is the manager to get back to me and tell me what is delaying the r3turn of my deposit as well as my rent for the month of July. No one gets back to me and I have not received my $500 deposit nor my $965.00 rent payment. PLEASE help me get my money back or I will have to try to take them to small claims court.

Have been paying for pest control services for the past 7 months and cannot get the ***** issue resolved. I caught the "pest control services" guy, marking my apartment as "sprayed" with my ring camera. I put a note on my door letting him know my dog was not there, and the barking comes from the apartment next to mine. He was going to walk away when I spoke to him over the ring camera, then he changed his tune. But he only goes in for a minute, so not sure what he is treating? He is sure to leave a card that proves he was there, but so what? I have informed management over and over and nothing changes. I am told to buy my own pesticides, but then why am I paying for services as well?

I am rejecting this response because:

as you can see, their pest control does absolutely nothing. If I had not caught him on my ring camera, he would have marked my apartment as treated and left and even when he does go in, he doesn't treat anything.  Those two photos above of roaches came out while I was making dinner. There is an obvious infestation and when I have contacted the office to fix this, I was told by the receptionist I should try Boric acid.  I am tired of trying to take care of these on my own.  There is a reason I pay for pest control monthly. So the office reaching out to me rectifies what exactly?  Nothing. They are way more than aware. I have submitted 9 requests to treat the roaches. I included a snip of these requests

Currently both of our toilets have not been flushing. We filed an emergency maintenance request via the answering service on 9/12/22 at 8:39am. Maintenance responded at 10am stating we needed two new toilets and would get back later that day. By end of day there was no update so we called the office and they said they would reach out to maintenance and follow up with us 9/13/22. 9/13/22 We were told the bid was put in and was waiting for acceptance to replace the toilets. It is now after 5pm on 9/14/22 and the toilets are starting to smell in our bedroom as well as our childs bedroom. Our other issue is our lease renewal. Per our terms and instructions you are to notify them wether you are renewing your lease or moving out 60 days prior to your lease expiration and they would provide us with the paperwork to do so. Our lease was set to end 9/9/22. 07/1/22 rolled around and we havent received any paperwork we called the office for an update. We did inform them we wanted to renew our lease and they said they would get us the paperwork any day now. Another week rolled by and we still hadnt received anything so we called again. I was informed it would be worked on and sent over and even though we were now under 60 days it would still be okay. 08/08/2022 we finally received the form. ***************** said we could send it through the portal and they would process our additional paperwork. The form was filled out and sent same day 8/8/22 with a response and confirmation of receiving on 8/10/2022. We have followed up weekly to get renewal and the answers we get is Ill get it to you tomorrow and Ill work on it right now and still have not received anything as of 9/14/2022. Because the lease has not been renewed we are accruing fees on our online portal that will continue to accrue until the office finally complets the paperwork. Unfortunately I am starting to think we are not the only tenants going through this and want to file this complaint for help

Both commodes were replaced on 9/15/22 resolving her service requests.  A lease renewal was signed by the resident on 9/23/22 with a start date of 9/8/22 without any month-to-month fees being assessed.
