      I moved into Hunters Glens Apartment ***************************************,** several years ago and about 2 years ago moved from apartment **** to apartment 3015.I filed several requests for maintenance repairs before and since the move !My compliant now is Im 70 years female with several medical conditions who have filed request several air conditioning repairs( no cooling)!!!At the present I have been without air conditioning for over two weeksThe temperature here in ***** have been over 100 degrees during most of this time period with the thermostat registering 90 Degrees indoors this entire time !I have reported the issue on line Im the portal in person at the leasing office and by phone with no results!All I seem to get it promises and lies!!Im not able to continue living like and need help !!

      I lived at this apartment complex for 7 years. In 2020, I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment within the same complex. There were several issues, upon move-in, that were marked on the initial move in sheet (pre-existing damages) I moved out this past November and did not hear anything until I received a letter from a collections agency. The apartment complex is claiming I caused the damages mentioned on the initial move-in (walk- through sheet) and attempting to collect money from me. I have been in constant contact with the collections agency; I obtained the original move in sheet where damages were listed that they are now trying to charge me for. Specifically, damage to the vinyl floor and refinishing of a tub. Both of these were listed upon move in (the vinyl floor was already dinged and tub had been painted over) The collections agency has told me they are waiting for an answer from the apartment complex management. I tried to call the apartment complex and *****, the manager, refused to speak to me. She hung up on me three times before she finally spoke to me. She was extremely rude and was talking over me. All I was trying to obtain was whether they had sent the info over to the agency and if not, when they would so this can all be cleared up. What I do attest that I owe is the past utilities, but no vinyl floor was damaged by me and the tub certainly was not damaged by me. I would like to resolve this and have it off of my credit report. ***** should not be a manager if she cannot speak to people properly and will not address a situation once it occurs. I attached the list of damages that I never got and the original move in sheet.

      I've been at these apartments for almost 6 months and my lease is almost up. For the last month, my ac unit has not been working. It just blows hot air and the last month has been very hot. They've sent the maintenance out and some contractors but it is not doing any good. I am thinking they're just biding their time till I move out since I did not renew my lease. It started a month ago when my ac just stopped working. After a week, they gave me an ac unit for just my living room but a day later of using it, it caused my electricity to blow out making it even hotter. It took them 4 tries/2 weeks to finally fix the electricity but at that point, I started staying back at my parents. I call them and harass them every day to get them to fix my ac and they'll just send someone only to do nothing. They have replaced the outside unit and the inside and still nothing. No compensation for anything has been given and my rent was originally 790+ utilities = a solid 850$ for the first 3 months but the 4th month jumped a whole 100$ making it 950$ and the 5th month being 1050$. I am not using 200$ worth more electricity so it has to be a leak somewhere or a power source happening without my notice. IT could be from the ** running with no cold air happening but I turned that off a month ago. I would like them to be held responsible and my ac hopefully fixed before I leave + some sort of compensation.
