  this company needs to be investigated for fraudulent business practices. they failed to inform me of any due and would be past due account service charges; furthermore, they reported my unknown collections company NCS ************************************************************************* is then ding my credit; how do you to send ******* to collections without telling them they have a bill? i provided them my po box and my new address after the horrible dump that complex i left; then they still get to do this to me? this company is falling apart and still allowed to rent their ***** rat and no water complex; this is some real fraud nonsense! i wish i could *** them for this but finding a lawyer to *** ******* who actually wrongs and damages your credit due to no fault of your own and get away with it! - please do something about this! -- Then they tell you our email didn't go through or we didnt call you - these people need to be shut down! there is not accountability for this nonsense; how is this even possible in ***** or the ***

  Residence have been without hot water for almost a month. Office insists that theyre on the problem, however, no resolution has been made.

  I moved in to Icon apartments on January 15,2024. I was coming from out of town and was calling days prior to move in to check on my apartment, the day of they finally answered telling me I will be moved to a different apartment. Fine, I get there they hand me the keys they told me the number and I proceeded to enter the apartment by myself. When I opened the door it was being occupied by squatters! They obviously did not do a walk through of the apartment before me it was filthy and homeless people in there.I alerted the front office they called the police apologized and moved me to the unit above. The unit I was transferred to is infested with roaches, Ive been here since January 15 the first three weeks I had no hot water, they towed my car the second week after they allow residents to park there but not doing business hours. They open at 8:30 am I walk to move my car and it being towed at 9:09 am lol They have no sensible customer service skills cause out of courtesy you would think they would call just thirty minutes after they open up to see if I can move my car after every inconvenience they placed me in, no ****** They dont have good parking. I asked for a parking space first day ************ could not provide me one because they do not now what parking spaces belongs to what residents, so they dont issue any currently. Most recently my stove/oven has been broken for the last six days I place two work orders still nothing. Ive been out of town the last four days and they didnt not have a copy of my key ( unorganized) so they got into in my apartment somehow to fixed my faucet which I can prove I did not have a request for but my oven is still broke? They locked me out apartment the locks are changed, I arrived home 1am in the morning with my dog I was locked out. That is illegal to lock a tenant out of there apartment without any eviction and again my account is current with no eviction in processing. . I would not recommend renting. Bad business
