"I have lived here over a year and have yet to have hot water for over the majority of my lease they are well aware of the issue and still have not fixed any problem that will provide hot water longer than a week its unacceptable and goes against tenants civil rights"

"for the past three months actually since the change in management I've had problems with getting anything fixed I was forced to pay double rent on numerous occasions because of there lack of responsibility to get there books in order the new management has not been fair and I believe that there is discrimination going on I have a 11 year old son and we have been without a/c for three months Thi has been a brutal summer. I've called over 15 times put in work orders and even tried working with management to keep the peace , I'm an **** veteran honorably discharged and a black mother i have not attended to." ...
