    I applied for an apartment I paid $50 for an application fee. The next day the apartment was approved for a 1 bedroom townhouse I was told I would need $835 plus $100 fraud fee for a total of $935 to hold it and that the deposit was nonrefundable by ***********************. I was told my apartment would be ready in a week prior to the move in date of 2/24/2023. I told her I wasn't signed a lease until I saw the apartment. It was not , on my Tuesday February 21, 2023, I asked if the apartment was ready I was told no. I asked would it be ready by Thursday and she told me no, she would call me. On Friday I went to my bank to recall the money order and found out the check had been cashed without me signing a lease. I went to the office she wasn't now there a left a message with the other lady saying she would call and that money wasnt refundable although I hadnt signed a lease. I called her and I told I didnt want it and why had the money been cashed without me signing a lease she didnt respond. She then told me it would be 10 buisness days for a refund, I asked for something in writing she said it was working on it. Unacceptable abd theft at this point
