    The manager was very rude and told me more than 2 times I should not have moved in due to the condition of the apartment when I moved in at 7 months pregnant. NOW I have mold in the restroom over a month and nothing has been done.Please contact me for photos.

    Atrocious customer service with the agents along with the leasing manager *******. I have had a continuous problems with bed bugs along with other problems throughout my unit. I have signed multiple pest control agreements that have been misplaced more than once. I have had ****** and ******* give me the runaround about my problems. I have contacted the office a variety of times to have this problem resolved and the only thing that management (***) does is to laugh and say that she doesnt have to answer any questions. I repeat do NOT waste your time with these apartment complex. Its sad that my daughters have to be jumping from room to room, or to even be sleeping on an air mattress due to the negligence of poorly trained agents. Unfortunately, in order for me to proceed with my review I must select a rating. With that being said i am unable to leave the portion blank. However, my 1 start rating is definitely a ZERO.
