    SAARSC came to my home on June 17th to diagnose a cooling issue with a wine fridge. The outcome of this $320 appointment was to place dye in the replacement coolant to determine the location of the leak in the hose and then SAARSC would return to patch the hole. After several phone calls, text messages, and messages through their website that were never responded to, I was finally able to get ****** on the phone. He committed to coming back to my home to finish the job on July 29th between 10am-1pm. Unfortunately, this was the first of four no shows. I attempted to call multiple times to see if he was still planning to arrive but there was no answer and the voicemail box was full. After another week of calling, hoping to get someone to answer the phone, I was finally able to connect via text. A new appointment was made for August 13th between 9am-1pm. This appointment resulted in the second no call / no show by ******. Although I called and texted, there again was no response. I reached out via ******** and received a prompt response with an excuse as to why the appointment was missed. We rescheduled for August 20th which resulted in the third no call / no show. After calling from another number, ****** finally answered the phone and another appointment was made. The final missed appointment occurred today, August 26th. Again, no call, their phone is off, and not responding to texts. Again, the initial appointment was to diagnose the issue with an agreed upon return for the repair. It was stated to me there would not be a cost for the follow up service call or labor since that was part of the initial diagnosis and plan to repair.
