      We spoke with the company on 05/16/2023 and informed them that we needed to get the value of our home to appeal our tax assessment. They told us they could do a market appraisal to help **. We paid them $500 for the appraisal when they reviewed the property on 05/22/2023. We again ensured they knew what we were asking for during the review. This included delivering our current tax assessor's valuation, what improvements were included, the survey, and how our tax lines are drawn. As they are the experts, we expected them to know our requirements and what we needed. Regrettably, we cannot use their appraisal for our appeal, and they do not understand the difference between an assessment and an appraisal. Ref: ************************************************************ I made this claim to the business, and they are unwilling to move this forward.
