    Owners is rude and disrespectful. Doesn't complete a job or even do the job up to standards. Incompetent and unthurough. Refuses to take responsibility for not doing things correctly or having the knowledge to do so. Absolutely worst mistake was bringing my vehicle here.

    This customer has gotten Services paid thru her insurance and everything that was paid for was done and completed,what ***** is referring to and has a complaint on is mechanical problems that werent paid thru her insurance company which have to be proven to the insurance company that it was caused from the accident which is a difficult thing To do and she doesnt understand that and ***** seems to be upset at the fact that what she says or thinks is what or should be done and demands lozano paint and to submit a supplement asking insurance for more money to cover items that were purchased after the vehicle was done with and repaired she called the shop to complain of a/c problem and a knocking which we had advised ***** NOT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE so that whatever was wrong it wouldnt cause more damage and she refused to listen to our advise and still drove the vehicle intill it broke down and now wants to blame mechanical problems on the shop and caused by negligence but we at lozano paint and body feel that she wants more and is trying to take advantage of our shop and insurance company to pay for other problems with her vehicle that is a 2013 we here at lozano paint and body have ALL PICTURES BEFORE AND DURING AND AFTER REPAIR pictures we at lozano paint and body are very capable to finish any collision repair that has and will come into our business its what we do and have helped many other customers who left satisfied with even more damage then *****. ***** isnt a stranger she was a friend before bringing her vehicle to our shop and we strived to satisfy ***** and it has been very difficult working with her thru this process she Contradicts herself so many times and has been bashing our business and harassing our employee if there is anything that needs to be done or if it can be proven that the problems she has now with her vehicle lozano paint body will gladly repair it for her

    Mr. ******************** apparently has forgotten that he failed to check the control arm or anything else under the car that causes issues with pushing back a wheel, fender, body and anything else thats in the area that was damaged. He likes to place the blame on anyone other than himself. Fact is if he would have checked all this in the 1st place no other issues would have been caused. He was told on the 1st day I drove my ************* wasnt right driving it. My car was aligned and I have the paper showing no problems. Mr. ******************** accused me of hitting something. Not once but repeatedly when I told him about the issue. He refused to listen to my complaint. Oh also fyi my paint absolutely does not match my car. Now Mr. ******************** dropped off my car so I couldn't inspect it before it was picked up. The fact that he is even suggesting Im trying to get money from my insurance is ridiculous. I am in contact with my insurance company often so thats not even the case. The problem is Mr. ******************** did not check or fix my vehicle properly in the first place which caused a domino effect of problems. He likes to try and say this incident that happened with the ac compressor belt caused issues because I did try to limp it back home. However, again if everything that was being pushed out of line and out place with the still not fixed control arm then there would've been no problem. And yes Mr. ******************** has been told many times still about this and the tire/wheel pushing back on the car. I have pictures of all the damage being caused by the control arm. Mr ******************** has reviews from friends and I doubt if they were treated the way I was they wouldn't be good. I dont see how I am contradicting on anything because my side has always been the same. I have not been rude to any employee and when the work was done to my car including the incorrectly installed dust cover on my wheel well there was 1 employee there and I barely talked to him. So again Mr. ******************** is lying. Mr. ******************** also neglects to state that he threatened me on my property in front of my child and its recorded. So please inform me with evidence tbat is incorrect here.
