    11-21-24 TO 1-10-Subject: ***************************************************** Dear Cavendar Collision Center,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided on my vehicle, a 2020 Chevrolet Impala,at your facility on November 2024- the present. I had specifically arranged for MY CAR to be carried out, anticipating a professional and competent standard of work, as previously expressed in several of our verbal conversation .Unfortunately, the outcome has been profoundly disappointing. Not only was the issue not resolved, but the workmanship displayed lacked the professional standards your establishment prides itself on. Furthermore, I found the communication during this process inadequate, as my inquiries about the progress and status of the repair were not appropriately addressed. One of your servicemen even had the audacity to call the police on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the final product being presented. He stated I wasraising my voice.This experience not only caused inconvenience but also led to additional expenses for further repairs elsewhere. I believe that as a customer, my expectations for quality service and professionalism were not met.I am seeking a resolution to this matter, and I would appreciate it if you could review my case and suggest a viable solution.
