Back in April 2022, I hired ************************** to purchase and install a fiberglass shell swimming pool. I gave him $18,000 because he requested several draws for down payments: shell, concrete, workers. His communication began to disappear rather quickly after receiving the money. He claims to have had health and personal excuses when he would rarely respond to my texts or phone calls. He disappeared entirely and won't respond to any of my attempts at communicating. I even tried contacting ***** through his employee that i found on ********* but ***** sent a threatening text that he considers it slander that I reached out to his employee. I asked ***** for the name of the pool company so I could pay the balance of the shell and have another company install it. He couldn't produce the name or a receipt for it. I also called SCP pool supplies and was told that he never placed an order. To date, I have a large hole in my backyard rendering my yard unusable, and he also damaged my hot tub. There's large amounts debris and equipment he left: concrete forms, wheel ******, pvc pipes, and large mounds of fill dirt that was supposed to be hauled off. I saw that there are several complaints against him on this site. He is currently operating under MXCAVATIONS rather than AURUM BUILDS. I do not recommend him, nor do I condone any of his poor work ethic and quality of work. Communication is non-existent.
