    Long Story Short I was signed up to go to Leafy Learning Cannabis Bus Tour on June 25th and a Summit trip for $8,000 which is held September 8th-12th. I was promised a Full refund in which I only got $7,000 back in a three-payment refund (Using three different Cards) , in which I never received my $1000 back. I have every supporting documentation that I was promised a Refund, in which they did not Honor. Ive emailed two Employees names ********************* and ************************* under Team ******* back and forth about my refund and they still have yet to answer back about the remaining $1,000. Im just hoping to get the last of the $1,000, their staff were very helpful in getting me my refund but unfortunately made the mistake of not honoring the Full Refund, there are no replies or no answers. Most importantly I wouldnt even go on the Tour, never receive my Education they provide, and the Leafy Learning Company is still withholding my $1,000. This company is dangerous and should be held accountable for what shady loopholes theyre pulling on People.

    I paid for a class from Leafy Learning to teach how to grow cannabis and CBD legally in ********. I am not seeking the initial payment because those services were rendered. However, I signed up to take a bus trip for a tour of facilities and to actually get licensed in Oklahoma. Then meet with investors and begin doing business. During the weekly webinar I was informed that we would indeed not be licensed. I had been in contact with representatives from the company weekly and making payments totaling $1,700 until they stopped answering my emails, texts and calls. No one has responded to me questioning why I was told incorrect information. I am seeking a refund of the $1,700 I paid to take this tour that seems to be a fraud (at least what was promised). I am still calling and emailing but I am not getting any responses from anyone at the company. They were calling daily prior to this. Payments were made from my debit card as follows:May 9, 2022 - $100.00 May 14, 2022 - $100.00 May 21, 2022 - $1,000.00 May 31, 2022 - $500.00 Totaling $1,700.00 I have emailed receipts and transaction records from the payments but am having difficulty uploading. I can email them or send them in the mail at BBBs request.Thank you very much

    I attended an information session about starting a cannabis grow operation in ******** that was hosted and presented by Leafy Learning. It was a two day event and from the information provided sounded like a reasonable way to get into the business. After registering for the 4 day summit/bus tour I was contacted by a representative who shared details regarding an upcoming event which due to scheduling I was unable to attend. Approximately a week later I received a call from another representative (***********************) to discuss and register me for the subsequent summit/bus tour information. Due to a change in employment, I needed to cancel my participation in the summit/bus tour scheduled for September 8, 9, 10 and 11 of 2022. On 07/01/2022, I contacted *********************** at the email address from which I had received previous communications and informed her of my need to cancel and request a refund. I did not receive a response. On 07/05/2022, I called ************** at the contact number I had and reiterated my request to cancel and refund, she informed that she would contact the president and get back to me later that day. I did not hear back from her. On 07/06/2022 I emailed ***********************************, *******************, *********************** and provided the same information and refund request. I received no response. In addition, I have left voicemail messages at the contact numbers: **************, ************** also without receiving a response. Leafy Learning is failing to respond and provide a suitable remedy to my request.

    I attended an Leafy Learning event on March 20, 2022. This program is suppose to help you grow, learn and become and entrepreneur in Cannabis. *************************** made the program sound so profitable and enticing I wanted to get in asap.. The amount of the program was $15,997.00 with a guarantee on starting your own business. So, I put $500.00 down to secure a spot. I was then in touch with a mentor named ********************* who I spoke with often.. I reached out to family and friends to secure the funds. Some was willing some not. So, when I knew I would not be able to come up with all the funds. I reached out to *****. He made a me a few offers to keep me in the program but I knew I was not going to be able to get the funds. So, I let ***** know this and requested that my spot be cancelled and my funds be returned on March 23, 2022. Their cancellation policy is you have 3 days to cancel before midnight. Once I informed ***** that I would not be moving forward. I stop hearing from him. He stop responding to my emails, text messages or phone calls. I sent a copy of cancellation form and a letter to the address on the form and I called and left a message. I have not heard from them either. ***** was suppose to be my mentor. He knew I wanted to move forward with this program. He was willing to make sure I was able to give more money to stay in the program but not willing to let the finance **** know I requested a cancellation on March 23rd. They seem to do all they can to try and stall so you will miss the cancellation deadline. And, they keep your money. But, I put mines in before the deadline and instead of him letting me back out. He backed out and DISAPPEARED. I really thought this was a legitimate company and ***** was a legitimate business man. I see it's not. This all seem like a big scam and I was a fool for falling it. I am truly ashame of myself. I wanted to get ahead so bad I fell for a big LIE.. People need to know to stay away from Leafy Learning..
