This occurred on 03/23/2023. I hired OCD Cleaners to do a deep clean on my house. The cost would be roughly $380. I did not have an issue with this. The two women arrived late but I showed the head cleaner what needed to be done. Simply the floors and counter tops in the living room, dining room and hallway; the bathroom to be cleaned and the kitchen floors and counters to be cleaned. Nothing else. I did not require the bedrooms to be cleaned or any organizing. I had already spent two weeks cleaning and just needed a touch up but they could only provide a deep clean. I agreed to those terms and price. Before leaving for work at 12 pm, the head cleaner said all was good. She did not have any issues with the work I stated needed done. If they could do the dishes, I was ok with the additional charge. Around 5:18 pm I received a call from their main office. She stated that the house was apparently "too far gone" to continue cleaning and said that her women had been cleaning for 7 hours. This was from noon to 5 pm. She threatened to call the police if I did not provide more money to them. She texted me an invoice for an additional $194. I had to give her that money over the phone before her women could leave and so she would not call the police. However, when I looked at my bank statement, they charged me $350 additional, not the amount on the invoice.
