"Their in house nurses and doctors are great but their scheduling and phone staff is horrid. Have spent over 2 and a half hours on hold to reschedule a appointment made with a doctor that was no longer working at a facility and no other doctor was available in that particular find of medicine at that facility and apparently that doctor left quite some time ago." ...
