I was going to this place For minor things and didnt have problems until this last time. I hear a clunk every time I accelerate my Gas pedal. I told them about the sound and they called me in an hour and said that I need new struts and thats why I hear that sound. I paid $480.00 with a $20 tip for a total of $500.00. However, the clunk sound is still there and never went away. I have a 3 month warranty, So I take it back up there and The lady told ****************** And he came out with worsest attitude. He was so mad and mean and started telling her in Spanish saying my car has all kinds of problems, and there are oil leaks, and the control arms are messed up. She proceeded to translate, but I understand what he was saying, but I was shocked because he never told me any of this. This was all new to me. I said he never told me any of this. He then proceeded to yell at me and lie saying he told me I needed all kinds of work and new control arms he said I started complaining about the money! Which is such a lie!!! He then said I had told him, No, just do the struts because that is too much money for me. I never said that though. If he wouldve told me I needed new control arms, I wouldve said do it and paid like I always do. He Then snatched the receipt where I paid $480 previously And shoved it at me and Yelling loud in front of everyone in the parking lot saying I dont care, I dont care! Causing a scene in front of other customers yelling at me. This is really upsetting being yelled at and treated so rudely and lied on because I was a regular Customer here.
