    I purchased a cable box on January 23rd, 2024 and 5 minutes after I made my order I sent an email informing them that they had the wrong shipping address. My order number was #**** and after several attempts of emails and phone calls I never was able to get an email or call back from The Tech Guy LLC. However they charged my credit card and after I disputed the charge and received a temporary credit they charged my card again $142.50 and this has been going on since January 2024 where I have disputed the charges and get a temporary credit and they recharged my card 3 times now. I shouldnt have to pay for something that I never received yet this person continues to try and charge my credit card. This guy is a total fraud and his so-called business should be investigated and shutdown immediately. Maybe the *** should investigate this guy as well because Im sure that hes not paying taxes!!

    Business is selling defective products. Service on their boxes stops working after a few months. ALL emails to customer support go un-answered. Per ******** and this sight their are thousands out there experiencing the same issue.

    I have purchased 5 TVBox from this company. I have reached out to them several times informing them that 2 of my products has stopped working. As of yesterday the last TVBox product the 8 is saying my account is invalid. So, I am not able to access any of my TVBox. When I purchased the first product. It supposed to be renew in 1 year. I purchased 3 more they supposed to renew in three years. But when I was able to used the product it never said renew 2026. The last tv box the 8 it were supposed to renew in two years but it say December 2024. When I start having problems with the first box I purchased. I did speak with a lady name ******. At that time speaking with her. I was so impressed that I purchased two more. I gifted my two girls each with a tv box. I have sent emails to The Tech Guy. Informing them that the remote has stopped working. I put new batteries in them . I sent pictures showing what was on my TV screens. Picture of the box saying boot. I have not heard anything from them. I called the telephone number and I cant get through. This has been a nightmare . These are the orders numbers, 3795-$192.47, 4415 2 box in this order $288.71, 5569 $205.20, 4870 $139.50. Since I have not heard from Tech Guy. I have removed all of them from my TVs. When the 8K stopped working last night. It was time to do whatever I can to get them to. I have emails that I sent them. With no response. I hope that you can reach them and help me get this solved.     This company has no affiliation with my company out of Elkhorn, **. My company has only ever had one location.

    I ordered a ** streaming box ( 6K ** Box , ID#***** October 11, 2023 for $192.47. On January 17, 2024 the ** streaming box malfunctioned with a signal "BOOT" that would not correct itself. I emailed The Tech Guy store Technical support person ( ***********************) who advised to return the box to the address: ******************************************************************. Once It's shipped, provide them with a tracking number for reference and they will promptly process and return a NEW 6K Box to me as soon as they receive the malfunctioning one. I shipped it on January 18, 2024 with a tracking number: 1ZE70Y830384925184. The box was receive at the above *********** ** address on January 23, 2024 at 11:13am per **** Till this day, after multiple attempts to call the store (No Answer) and many follow-up emails, I finally got a email from ************************* from TTG store ( 2/13/2024 ) with an apologie for the delay. ****** stated they where following up on shipping and they will share a tracking number once dispatched. I took that as a confirmation that they were going to dispatch me a new box.Its February 26, 2024 and I have not heard from ****** or ****** regarding sending me a new box or return of funds.

    The item doesnt work and the company didnt send all the order . My speaker is missing .Tried to contact company no answer tried to email no response tried to contact on ******** no response. I contacted the bank they reverse my fund . The company reversed and took them back out . He is. scammer.

    On 5/10/23 and 8/13/23 I bought (2) 6K tv boxes. They both have a 5 year warranty. They both failed the same way by freezing in "boot mode". They did replace 1 box and that box also froze in the same manner. I as told to return the frozen boxes and they would send me (2) upgraded 8k boxes at no cost to me. I have dozens of emails of communications from the owner ************************* and several employees saying they would ship the replacements. I have been chasing ****** to get this warranty issue resolved for months. I also know there are many others seeking the same resolution. They do not answer the support/business phones. They still operate selling the items and ignore shipping the replacements as promised.

    I purchase a 6 k streaming box last year and started having booting issues. Was asked to return the box for a replacement. Sent all the information as requested to recieve the replacement and keep getting the run around. I have called and the voice-mail mailbox is full. I've gone to the website to live chat and only get an automated response and emailed directly from the website and haven't heard anything. Buyer beware. It has been over a month and my issue is still not resolved.

    Bought a TV box deal , tried it out ,and sent it back for a full refund of ****** , we still haven't received our refund. After many phone calls and emails still no response my order # ****.

    I purchased the 6TK Box from the website The TechGuy on December 3,2023 and I have been having issues with it. The TechGuy have sent emails from techguyshop.io or ************************************ saying that someone will get in touch with me. As of today January 19, **************************** and I want my money refunded. These are the numbers that is on there website ************, they also have a ******** Page

    I purchased a black box for K originally it worked fine for the first few months and then it kept rebooting and had to be sent in for replacement. I received a replacement swiftly with a tracking number. Everything was fine hook the second box up and it worked fine for about 3 months. Then toward the end of November I started having problems with it. I sent the second box back in early December for replacement since then I have received no tracking number and the only update I've got is they were behind and shipping. I've contacted them several times by emails to try and alleviate the problem to find out what's going on. No one has given me any updates. No tracking numbers no dates of shipment. No talk of credit, no talk of refund. My last email was sent to them 2 days ago and I've gotten no response.They shouldn't be able to ship it out by now. Since they've had the box since early December. It is now the almost the end of januaryou wear it. I would appreciate if you can help me with a resolution to this later. Thank you.
