    ** *.Just completed a kitchen renovation including countertops, backsplash and lighting. Work was professionally done, communication was outstanding and was accomplished on time and to budget. We will gladly use both Granite Brothers and *** Contractors again.

    As prior review stated, Granite brothers made mistakes in completing my ************** tried to blame me for it. They overcharged me for labor, material, fabrication and never offered to refund the money. They make you feel that they are doing favor to you. ******* is rude & makes you feel like he is doing charity to you. The owner ***** used foul language against me, threatened me with litigation, refused to take ownership of his mistakes by hiding behind contract. You dont want to work with these kind of people, find somebody else. I have to live with their mistakes with my project forever!!

    Had several issues with the material not being installed correctly. When seeking assistance I was not provided any attempt for resolution and was not only provided excuses and scapegoating when the company failed to take any responsibility for their work but I was talked down to. They were extremely disrespectful and seemed to accuse me and project what they were guilty of. I had been extremely patient however when I pointed out the issues in the work seeking remedy I was disrespected and belittled. Never have I took the time to make a review on here nor have I ever had an issue like this beyond disappointed and offended by how I was treated in addition to the 2 out of 10 work provided which caused me extreme inconvenience and having to hire another company to fix their bad work.
