    Residential Construction Project at ******************************************************** We are seeking for reimbursement from *******. ********************* III d/b/a Ironside Building Group, **** for the damages cause by ************************* in the amount of $48399.21.*********** and ************************* retained Ironside Building Group, **** (the Contractor) to provide general services for the above-referenced Project pursuant to a Construction Contract dated March 28, 2022. There were numerous problems and deficiencies with the *********** services since the inception of the Project. By Feb. 2023, the owners obtained a lawyer to end the contract with **************** and Ironside Building Group, **** to terminate the ****************** service. On March 9th, the frame inspection was conducted by ************** (**************** brought the ************** to the project), the inspector could not continue inspection due to the frame was not the engineer approved blueprints. The inspector contacted the head of the framing department within **************, and on March 20th, MLAW sent second engineer tried to see what can be done to meet the structural requirements. We found out that **************** has provided the non-structured approval blueprints from *********************** to the Framer to frame our customer build house. On the Estimates Unlimited **** blueprints, was the wording indicated ... A professional engineer should be hired by the builder to review these framing plans. Estimates unlimited accepts no Responsibility or liability for the structural integrity or this framing design. The project has been delayed during ****************** service, which has now caused more delays to finish our custom-built home. 8 months into project, we are unable to pass the framing inspection. We are asking **************** to pay for all the damages and wasted time and expenses caused by him.
