1 starHad to go here because its the only place my insurance would cover. They told me I had 14 cavities that needed to be filled and made it sound like they were all brand new. I was mortified. I later found out that the majority of those were ones that had already been filled by another dentist and they were just redoing them to make extra money. They made me pay for all the work up front, which ok whatever, but that also meant l had a record of exactly which teeth I had paid for/agreed to be filled. Then after they did the work, about a month later I got a bill charging me for a filling in a tooth that I never consented to be filled. It was not on the original paperwork and they never asked if I was ok with them doing an additional tooth. On the same bill, they also tried to double charge me for a copay that had already been paid in person the day I was there (I have a record of it being paid that day). I refused to pay any part of the bill and they sent it to collections. One of the fillings they did also fell out in about a week, so I went back in to have it fixed, and the dentist asked me how I knew it had fallen out. And I'm just like.. uhhh... because I'm not an idiot? For starters there's a hole in my tooth.. I also have the filling in a baggie in my purse if you'd like to see it. They are huge scam artists, and I don't know how they haven't been shut down yet.Review fromPeter B

1 starI went there to have my broken denture tooth fixed because I dont have a back up denture. I needed a place that had a lab on site so I gave them my denture. They talked me into getting a back up denture, which I agreed to after having the stencil for a while, I found out that its a digital dent denture not the normal type of denture I want to complain to them that the denture doesnt fit. It looks cheap. It doesnt fit like the denture that had a broken tooth which was done at a regular dentist practice so they fix my broken tooth. It turned yellow after a couple of months, the digital denture they made me feel horrible and they keep telling me theyre gonna make a good theyre gonna call me and they never do. this is the office in *************, *****, and the office in *****, *****. Both places said the manager will call me and they never do. These people are horrible. The practice is horrible. They lie and I learned you shouldnt go to a horse doctor. You should go to a real dentist they failed to make good on my $1800 loss and Im stuck with a denture that doesnt fit and a broken tooth that they repaired that turned yellow.Review fromLinda C

1 starI went to Aspen Dental because I broke a bottom denture. They just could not make it right after 3 times of remaking the denture. I paid them $2,700 and they have a money back guarantee even posted on their wall that if you are not satisfied after 3 tries you get your money back. I went to the Dental school in SA and it takes three appts with paperwork and to get accepted. Aspen Dental said I took too long. The dental school said the denture was made wrong because my posts ( implants ) are needing surgery that I can never wear a regular denture until its fixed. Now its going to cost me $3,700 and Aspen dental will not give me my money back. My daughter is also dealing with them with a denture. Our teeth are very important and thats a lot of money when youre s senior on a fixed income. My name is *******************Review fromJohn E C

3 starsI was very impressed as I walked in and started meeting the staff all of them very friendly and seemed to be a state of the art facility from the receptionist all the way to the dentist however as I got to the part about cost I realized that there's no way to afford the work that I needed and wanted to have done I had read about affordable dentures and at $800 to $1400 for upper and lower I thought I can do this and then the bubble was burst I wanted to cry my hopes were dashes into bits and pieces when after all the numbers started coming together and I was told that the best price was going to be about $7000 or more actually I did cry a bit after I left the building and got in the car all the way home from ****** ***** it saddens me to know I can't afford to smile when a smile should be free but at $7000 dollars I probably won't be smiling anytime soon i wish i could get the help needed to do this but don't think Aspen dental is going to do it for me still crying ?? and don't know what to do...Review frommark m

1 starI visited Aspen down in ************* ** on April 10th to extract two teeth. I met ***************. I assumed she was a oral surgeon. I should have checked her degree in dentistry. She found me in severe pain. After 40 years of dental work I know my teeth my pain tolerance and what's needed to get Through through the procedure. First of all, I gave her my dental history over 70 years. In order to give her my dental background. I was concerned about post-op pain management. Let her know my previous dentist *************** for me. she said no problem she would give me 4 days of Tylenol! Tylenol is a little bit more difficult are you kidding me? She tried to explain to me that she might be sued or Arrested for any Opioid prescription. in the past my real dentist would prescribe me hydrocodone 10 milligrams three times a day for 10 days. that was comfortable and work for me. Trust me, I am a retired PHD in mechanical engineering. not a drug addict having my teeth pulled out for the pain medication! This is what happens when ************************* warned us of government getting involved And medicine! Just to let you know after the ******** wore off I was seriously heading to the ** for pain management. it was a nightmare, I did not go because I was unable to drive! Also the night following the procedure I was up all night throwing up blood that I had swallowed. In summary, I would be going back to Aspen dental in ************* To iinquire and obtain a certificate for *************** as being a dental surgeon. If she is not, I will be filing lawsuit To her and Aspen. no person should be subjected to such prehistoric dentistry! It is my suggestion to you all 2 Stay away from Aspen. there are a bunch of quacks and snake oil Outfit! signed: ***********************Review fromGeovannis D

1 starScam artists. I came in due to an old filling falling out and had quite a bit of mouth pain. The dentist did the filling extremely fast. She had no assistant and it took half the time of any other filling I had in the past. Within two days I started having tooth pain again and realized my filling came out. I returned to the dentist and she didn't even bother looking in my mouth. Just told me I needed a root canal. I definitely couldn't afford that as I don't have insurance. I was charged well over $100 for a three minute appointment.I ended up going to a different dentist and he said he could absolutely just do a filling on the tooth. The filling has held up great and I am in zero pain.Do not waste your money at Aspen Dental. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselvesReview fromRocky K

1 starBeen a patient back in the Covid years in ********* **********. Did several thousand of work with no insurance. Never did they resolve my issue and after a $500 teeth cleaning the hygienist ask if I had any issue and said yes tooth number 4. She said looks like I have abscess tooth after a ex ray and a doctor would get back to me. 6 months latter never did they wanted me to do a cleaning again and said no waiting for a resolved matter on my number 4 tooth. I finally needed to go in person to the office with appointment from bothering me and needed full Ex rays and hygienist work and finally said I will not be going threw that service but needed one tooth to look at. They refused because of procedure with me and ask me to leave so I did. They have shot me up in the past for needed work and then said I had already did it and walked out. Ask me another time while doing work if music was fine and this rap is playing while working on my teeth and had my mouth open not being to say such it off. Times have changed. All I know is I will go somewhere else now and the tooth I had issues on for going in never did they resolve it. And while waiting in there office the manager hangs up on people he uttered to the front desk when asked what that was about!!!!Review fromEdith J

1 star********, almost died. Suppose to place surgical titanium implants, instead used tri-metal. My body had a reaction to include blood platelets dropping, entire body swelling, burn spots. Had to have two platelet transfusions. Had to take chemo medicine to stabilize platelets which damaged my liver. When me and all the doctors requested my medical records Aspen Dental refused to release them. When Aspen Dental was served with a 30 day notice they released incomplete and inaccurate records. After filing a police report with ************** police ***** they released another set of records which does not show any record for the date of my dental implant procedure. When Dental Aspen was served with a letter of intent to file a lawsuit they released yet another set of records. Still no record for the date of my procedure.
