Was told by social security that they are trying to represent me. I have never spoken with this law firm and have no reason right now to put in a claim. Very upset with this!

There's a review here by **** below. He couldn't be more accurate. I had a very similar negative experience with E.L.I.S.A who doesn't help, guide, or answer any emails. I ended up getting advice and guidance from another law firm. They got paid $7500 for submitting my initial application and then ignoring me leaving me on my own to respond to SSA questionnaires, letters and phone interviews. I was only successful because A. I'm very sick and B. Because another attorney guided me. Absolutely disgusting experience. Don't be fooled by the 1st couple of telephone calls you have with them, after that it's dead silence. Very disappointing. My name is ***********************, I really hope Attorney Packard reads this so he knows that the people he trusts to represent his company and his reputation are incompetent, unless that's the plan all along.

I had high hopes when I hired Packard Law for my Social Security Disability case, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My case manager, ***********************, has consistently ignored my calls and left my case in appeal limbo for over 8 months without any progress or updates from the Social Security Administration. After months of waiting, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted my congressman to get answers from the **** To my shock, I discovered that Packard Law hadn't even provided all of my medical records to the **** When I confronted ***** about this, her response was nothing short of outrageous. She casually mentioned, "Oh, well we don't do medical records." Seriously? I thought hiring an attorney was supposed to help guide and support individuals through these tough processes, especially when they are desperately in need of help with Social Security. My situation has reached a critical point I'm on the brink of losing my home, and my family is facing the prospect of moving into a camper. I turned to Packard Law for assistance, and instead, I was essentially told to go "F off" by *****. It's utterly disappointing how they've treated me throughout this ordeal. When I called Packard Law seeking a resolution to these problems, they assured me an attorney would call back, but that call never came.My entire appeal process has been a one-man show, with me doing all the follow-*** and work while they seem to sit back and wait for me to do their job so they can take a hefty cut of my disability payout. Whats worse you cant just fire them.My experience with Packard Law has been disheartening. Through this entire ordeal, I've maintained a respectful tone and never expressed anger, just a genuine need for guidance and assistance. Unfortunately, that hasn't garnered any respect or assistance from them. At Packard Law, you're nothing more than a number. It's evident that they simply don't care
