    We booked Elite Sound Production for our wedding that was originally scheduled for *** 23,2020. As we all know, COVID happened which inevitably lead to no reception happening. We paid in full $1700.00 for his DJing services in full. We were in contact through emails back and fourth which I can provide (as well as receipts and contract). We were trying to find a new date and unfortunately a new date could not be situated. The last contact I had with ****** through email was in 2021 when we were told that he was still trying to work with his insurance company on how to provide any sort of "relief" and or refund to his clients. I recently got in contact with him this month April 2023 and wanted to follow up on our contract as a friend of mine was getting married. We wanted to transfer and or gift what we paid to their wedding as we never got to use his services. He ended up still trying to charge them and not transfer the dues/credit of what we paid already in full to them. We are upset by the lack of professionalism and the manner in which we paid in full for his service and he is unwilling to refund at any cost. I can provide emails, receipts, the contract, and invoices as I have kept everything. We are seeking a refund in full, and if not, his business to be flagged. This is completely unprofessional and a lack of respect for his clients.

    This is issue has been resolved. We have transfer all the services to a friend/family member. A new date has been set for the services and we would really appreciate if this was removed from our file
