      WORST COMPANY EVER! If you ever have to make a claim GOOD LUCK!! I have been told 3 times now that a manager would call me back and of course nothing. They will not release my remaining funds. I have uploaded everything asked and even asked a representative to check everything to make sure. Then I get a call that my inspection was cancelled because they don't have the documentation. Keep in mind, in the meantime, your house is exposed and taking on more damage because you can't repair it without the funds.

      Horrific company, straddling negligent and fraudulent. Zero customer service. Would never ever work with them again.

      Horrible customer service so far! Escrow account issues is a nightmare with this company. Asked them not to pay my renewal and they did anyways. Waited months to get a check from old insurance company. Got a new insurance company and they double paid. Twice in six months due to overpayments on my escrow they are trying to raise my mortgage. They double paid my new insurance company and really it seems like they could care less. Its been four months and numerous calls, at this point, please just sell my mortgage to some other company. I am currently out almost $4,000 waiting for a insurance reimbursement on the double payment and they appear not know what is going on, no follow up and they just really dont care. The entire part of a mortgage company is the customer service. Also if you paid the same exact amount for an insurance premium within a week of eachother, shouldnt that throw up a reg flag to enquire and resolve. No instead lets just tell the borrow we are increasing their payments.......Guessing this will get resolved in another two months and hours on the phone. No accountability.

      Had to call my new mortgage provider to find out how to reach them for my tax forms.Do not give loan #Option #2 Option#3 Option #1 Once reached very hard to hear or understand person. Asked if they could email and was told probably not would snail mail. Which mail might take 10 days I was told. After talking to my new provider it sounds like Im not the only one with this problem.

      ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! THEY TRY TO S**** THEIR "CLIENTS" INTO PAYIN' MORE! I HAVE BEEN CALLIN' THEM FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS!!! JUST TO BE TALK BY AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT THEY ARE CLOSED!!!! WHEN THE SHOULD BE OPEN!!! THEY HAVE YET TO SEND ME MY PAPERWORK FOR MY TAXES AND CALLIN' THEM IS POINTLESS!!! IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, GO TO A BUILDIN' INSTEAD OF CALLIN'!! THAT'S 'BOUT THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET ANYTHING DONE!! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY!! THEY SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!

      Worst customer service ever. After 18 months of on line payments made on time. They decided to stop accepting e payments and hit me with late charges. They were very combative with me and fought me all the way and offered no help in resolving the issue only suggesting that I should just let them take the money straight from my checking account. Well I finally found out what the issue was fixed it and my account is up to date, however swbc still saw it fit to refer me to the credit bureaus for late payment even after waiving the late charges as I resolved the issue withy bank. Be careful with SWBC they make it easy to get the mortgage but will s**** you everyday of the week afterwards and twice on Sunday.

      My car has been ready for pickup at the shop from repair for almost 3 weeks and Im only waiting on this company to approve my claim ! Worst experience i ever had in my life!! They tell you one thing and the total opposite happens .. and customer service is garbage ! they have attitudes! 0 stars **** times if i could smh

      Beware of these scammers. I had my bak and insurance claim upload the required documents to SWBC 6/16/23 called them 6/29 got put on hold several times, each time was told they "couldn't find proof of the documents" and therefore nothing was being processed at the moment. Total ripoff and I would advise banks and consumers to stay clear of these con artists. They take payments but delay and refuse to payoff claims! That is purpose of buying GAP Insurance! I notified my lender on these crooks!

      0 stars if I could. This company is a scam RUN from them. They are trying not to pay a complete claim, because I did not make the complete number of payments. My loan was in good standing at the time my Jeep was STOLEN. They are trying not to pay the claim.
