    We hired ***** Gonzalez in March, he officially started May 12th when the permit was approved. We have paid over $250k and even paid 75k in advance that wasnt due until framing was completed, but we were told this would speed up things and we trusted him at the time , however since the advanced payment was made ***** is never around at the property or avail on the phone to any of the trades. Framing still isnt completed when it was projected to be completed over a month ago. Here we are mid September all trades are mentioning how ***** is holding everyone up and how he doesnt supply the supplies they need to complete. He also holds us responsible for additional money on mistakes he didnt catch on the plans. ***** also ignored our concerns about rain and our brand new kitchen with new appliances was flooded, also a brand new bathroom. We also cant help but think that he is intentionally holding everyone up because our money was spent elsewhere. We have spoken to our attorney and contractors and are ready to take the proper steps to end this nightmare with a contractor that seems to not care one bit about making a family of 8 homeless.
