      Cancelled and they won't refund my money that was charged accidentally

      No stars, have been charged for 3 months, before initial subscription ended. Will not refund. Bad business!

      They almost had me joining, but thankfully my bank security protected me by not allowing mine or my husband's card to go through. Then afterwards I decided to check to see if there were any reviews about them. I know I did my steps backwards. I usually check companies out first, but I was so excited to know that there was finally something that sounded great and I could afford that I didn't bother to see any reviews.

      I cannot get a customer service response from this company. I have tried several times. I cannot cancel the service and was charged $79 for something I do not want. Use this company with great caution! They will take your money even if you don't want the product.

      Run as far and as fast as you can away from this company. 7 day trial resulted in $80 fee since I can't access the app to cancel. They offer NO customer service and emails appear AI generated. Awful experience from a truly awful company
