Manager discriminated and harassed a service dog handler whose safety was jeopardized because of a pet owner. When confronted, she was belligerent and hostile. I will be filing a *** and a *** violation tonight. I wish HEB will be shut down for good as their awful towards disabled customers especially service dog teams.

I use to love shopping at H.E.B because of great quality and low prices. Now their prices have gone way up , especially bread went from 1.00 to 1.25. So I compared to ******* groceries and ******* still has bread for 1.00. So I'm starting to grocery shop more at *******.

Having H-E-B as a monopoly in the city of *********** is a travesty! Five years ago, I moved from a city of ***** people that had three large major grocery stores to choose from all within a mile of one another - ******** Kroger and *********. The variety of brands was excellent and their specials were never combo locos requiring people on fixed incomes to buy more than needed or spend more on one individual items! Im tired of almost everything being an H-E-B brand and Im tired of being forced to buy produce from ******! I love TraderJoes but its a 20 mile round trip to get there!****** and ******* have more large grocery store options than H-E-B; why cant it be that way in ***********?Also there are not enough Handicapped Parking spaces at the **************** H-E-B regardless of day of the week or time of day!

Employee attempted theft of customer's gift card. On *****, 2024 at ******, I returned two items from two separate receipts at the **** HEB Plus on corner of I35 and FM 1626. I returned one item to a gift card. The second item could not be returned to the gift card according to cashier "JC R" as the value was under $5. After giving $4.98 back to me in cash, I noticed upon walking almost out the door that ** R did NOT give my gift card back to me. When I went back to the cashier, I pointed to the gift card on his work bench. ** R quickly told me that he already gave me the gift card back and that the card on the work bench was not mine. Upon further discussion, he then mentioned that he placed the gift card next to the receipt printer for me to grab after giving me the cash. Since I knew neither of these were true, I asked for the manager. He called someone on the phone and that supervisor (a girl) had to look at the video to make sure I was not trying to pull a fast one on HEB. Then the female supervisor called him on phone to state that he needs to give me the gift card as it was verified to be mine. She came to meet me after I asked her to come but she offered no apology. Then I spoke with store manager ***** (14 year veteran according to his name tag). ***** insisted that he can't teach his subordinates (who are all kids) to apologize and made plentiful excuses for their theft-like behavior. He consistently made excuses how that cannot be a theft as the cashier never put the card in his pocket, which is his definition of attempted theft. I mentioned that the cashier deliberately told me the card was NOT mine when I came back but again ***** just ignored and blew that fact aside.HEB has a real issue when hiring kids and then have store managers like *****. ***** needs to be relieved of his duties as he is in no way fit for the job. Based on Jame's feedback, HEB doesn't care what their "partners" do to customers, including attempted theft!

The price of unleaded gas on the canopy of the HEB in ****** said $2.49 a gallon. When I went to pay out, I was charged $2.89 a gallon. I asked the worker in the station at the pumps why the prices were different and he said yes that the sign was broken and they were working on it. I asked how I could contact the manager and he told me to go inside and speak to *****. I was in a rush to get home and called the store instead and was directed to 3 different people before I received a manager named *****. When I explained the situation, ***** said yes, the sign had been broken for a week. I asked why they had not covered the price of the gas sign on the canopy if it was incorrect and her response was HEB does not have the equipment to cover the sign on the canopy. I explained that 40 cents extra a gallon for everyone who has purchased gas for the past week is a large amount of "stolen" money from customers and I would have gone to the Exxon next door which is selling gas for $2.39 a gallon. The manager told me she would reimburse me for the money lost and that they were doing nothing wrong. How much extra cash did HEB make from the customers who trusted the sign on the canopy? .

H-E-B warehouse is discriminatory towards LGBTQIA and disabled community. They have purposely piled on extensive workloads in order to make you hurt more and work towards workers comp then terminate you two days after. I would mention exact names but I will just mention what has been said ********** teaches us that being way is wrong and... evil. A work of the devil. But I still try to see the good in everyone even if it's hard sometimes to see past the day thing"

HEB doesn't care about their customers. They never investigate customer complaints on this web site or any OTHER internet based web sites. If you complain, Management talks down to you and lectures you like a 5 year old child. Im sure they think in the markets they serve, if you dominant, who cares how our customers feel. We are Billionaires and you are not an important part of our business plan. The Butts family should be ashamed and **************** STARTS AT THE TOP.
