  Great **************************** Technicians trouble-shooting my A/C issues did not oversell; first time recommended intervention before replacement. When my HVAC totally failed (it's a 16 year old home after-all) the **** did a wonderful job (**** being *** Owner/visionary, the first points of contact Admin., to the on-site technicians). Impressed by the documentation, follow-up, and guarantees. Recommend Beluga Air for sure.

  I used Beluga in late July, (Job# ********) gave them a 5 star review , until I got a second opinion.Turns out that the refrigerant charge was $125/lb (The canister is $280/30lbs) $116 great margins for them (strike1)He explained in detail that I may need new coils and that was true, but he quoted me $4129 parts and *****. I ended up paying under $1200 parts and labor (same ******* part that he was pushing) Strike 2 & 3.Beluga Air is just another SHARK in that industry, that prey after consumers during the hot summer months.PS: If you hire them and they want to push refrigerant (bread and butter) make sure they weigh the canister before so at the end you will now that the differnce is what they push and not some tech flapping his lips.

  Beluga Air is an honest and fair company. They helped me with my mini split and even gave me tips and suggestions on how to avoid issues in the future. The owner, ***, told me they were a family owned and operated business, and it shows! I will definitely be using them again. Top notch customer service!

  ********************* (our Tech) came out yesterday (08/11/2023) for an A/C tune-up. He was prompt, courteous and very pleasant. ***** was very thorough, but more importantly he discovered a possible health hazard that was due to a shoddy A/C installation by the original builder of our house here in ******* We are from ****** (USAF retired Officer) and didn't know who to trust here in SA-Thank goodness we found Beluga awhile back. We will NEVER call anyone else!

  Terrible customer service and misuse of credit card on file for automatic monthly payments. Charged card on file whenever wanted without notification to customer and never sends receipts. Office staff not friendly and story changed multiple times when confronted about unauthorized card use.

  Beluga Air is a 5-star quality business with excellent customer service. My experience with everyone I spoke to was wonderful. My first impression was professionalism when I spoke to ***. I could tell that Beluga genuinely cares about the customer. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, ***. He came out personally the next day to give me an estimate on work I needed for an air purifier, uv13 light and 4 media filter. *** impressed me with his integrity, level of expertise and promptness in scheduling the right people for this job to ensure customer satisfaction. He gave me a good deal on this installation, and I left behind the current company that had been giving me continual run arounds. I made the decision to switch to Beluga from that point forward. The technicians **** and ******* arrived on time the next day and were professional. They were amazing in their level of dedication and attention to the details to get the job done right. They exceeded my expectations, and I am so pleased. I strongly recommend Beluga Air as they care about the customer, do the right thing, and get the job done right. They are also good people.
