    I contracted Bella Vista Home in May of 2021 for a new build for a home that was supposed to be ready in December of 2021. When I entered into this contract, I explained the real-estate agent that I was retiring from the service and coming from *******. ******************* assured me that we would meet the December time frame. I moved from ******* to *********** in November of last year only to find the frame to the home. I have since had my close date pushed out eight different times and have spent over forty thousand dollars in Airbnb's waiting for a home that keeps being only eight weeks from being completed. Now finally after being almost a year late I had a home inspection that went so terrible that the inspector said to me "this is the worst house I've ever inspected". We're not talking about just touch up work. The day before my "final walkthrough" the entire house was trashed! Someone defecated in the bathroom before there was even running water and I'm almost certain I chased out a homeless person. EVERY SINGLE door and window were open at 1000PM the night before. I have gone through 5 different construction managers, the last one telling me he quit and that I should hire an attorney. 42 pages of deficiencies found on the home and a real-estate agent that was AWOL even for the walkthrough he scheduled. In the past year I have been lied to on multiple occasions. Now the newest construction manager admits to me that he has never seen the blueprints to my home. This house was so trashed and unfinished that even the home inspector told me that he would testify in court for me if needed. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

    I am rejecting this response because: This action still does not mitigate the hardships or financial impact that Bella Vista Homes has caused on my family. The realtors response of at least you have some equity in your home to make up for your loses is unacceptable since I would have had the same amount of equity plus half of my savings had this home been constructed on time. The year my family and I have had to continue moving and living out of suitcases is an experience I will not soon forget. The amount of lies and errors during the planning and construction of this home cannot be measured. I have yet to speak to an honest person with this company that can explain why the home that has been constructed differs from the model posted online that I based this purchase on. I will only trust the home inspector that I have contracted to conduct another inspection on 10/26/2022 to ensure that the home I will be moving in is safe for my family to live in. Is it the business practice of Bella Vista to send an innocent construction manager to the site to speak to me instead of the realtors that will be gaining a commission from the sale of this home?

    Hello my name is ********* De La **** I am a first time home buyer of a Bella vista home in *********** *****. I need your help. I moved in February of this year and havent had nothing but constant constant constant issues with your construction team and getting things fixed from my initial move into other construction items that are clearly under warranty getting repaired and fixed Ive had multiple people come to my home multiple managers come to my home multiple construction crews come to my home with no coordination and not ready to do any repairs made necessary I have not only had to deal with this since February but today I wake up and there is a leak in my roof yesterday after three months of corresponding with construction on repairing damages that were supposed to be done before I moved in and five visits later the gentleman yesterday was the person to initiate removing any plumbing from the restroom that needs to be repaired I wake up today and theres a leak on my roof so I contact the manager and through all of my frustration and venting he decides to laugh at me and tell me that its not that big of a deal. I understand that turnovers hi I understand that managers are constantly getting moved I understand as this is 2022 I am an appointment Recruiter and I fully understand the back end of hiring a good teams to be able to fulfill the job duties but at this point its causing my house to damage even more so and get them on the phone today all we can do is say he doesnt know who came to my house yesterday and h*** try to figure out who we can send to my house today. That is just one of many issues one of the biggest issues I had to do is repair my first floor and replace all the tiles that were damaged from my floor after months and months of coordinating with Bella Vista to come and do repairs they were finally get people out to replace flooring and these folks didnt even glue down the panels and they literally came up within 30 minutes of them leavi

    Yes I would like to provide an update as after this complaint was closed I was contacted by the company ensuring me that repairs would be done in a timely manner. They attempted around of repairs but did not send the right people two weeks ago and if not heard back from them On a  solution or progression of repairs. I have submitted another request online and also contacted their office to have a manager contact me back and still have not heard anything back from them. They have left me without a sink and without piping connected properly in my upstairs restroom As well as cause additional damage sending the wrong people into the wrong type of jobs. I had an emergency were mine roof is leaking due to the pipes that they had disconnected incorrectly to try to initiate the repair. No one has come to my home no one has contacted me from Bella Vista And I would like this complaint Reopened if possible.
