            Shortly after purchasing our home the **** unit failed and our ********************** sent us Restore-it Home Services. Since the unit was just over 20 years old they recommended replacing it through them, which we did. Cut to 3 years later and we have had a steady march of issues without being able to contact the company. We were finally able to get in touch with Restore-It after a number of companies came out over the years and told us the installation job was poor. The job in question was done on April 27, 2021. We had to have one company come out and tell us we needed another compressor. Restore-it was able to underbid the work quote and offered a decent enough excuse for not being contactable over the years. We had the compressor replaced through them. Now, (August 25, 2021) the compressor is damaged and we can't get a hold of them, again. We are looking at another $2000 and they can't be held to account for their flawed capabilities.
