    First off let me state the description does not match the hotel. Check in was not easy, the staff was rude to us felt extremely unwelcome,She pretty much did nothing for us because we booked through a 3rd party.She acted ask if she couldn't help us because of how we booked and her hands were tied. And sometimes her comments were I can't help with that you booked through a third party.When asked if I need to sign any forms saying I paid she claims the hotel doesn't print receipts. Which I find sketchy because 1 you guys took my money I needed proof I paid in full and two she claims even if you guys did print receipts she couldn't give it to me because I booked through a 3rd party. Nor did she have me sign a receipt on hotels behalf stating I claim this room.upon opening the door the room smelt like standing water. And there was water leaking from the door that had leaked all over the carpet. In the bathroom from the ceiling light there was standing water all over the light and a slow drip dripping on the floor it looked like no one knew because there was a large puddle on the floor from these slow drips. There was trash left behind, and other issues in the room. Due to my son's help conditions we couldn't stay we requested a new room and the lady stated the hotel was full and she couldn't move us rooms.We were so unhappy we didn't stay for our full duration.Upon leaving, Again she claimed I do not get anything showing I paid or stayed because I booked through a third party and I must contact them from a receipt. I explained I paid in person and my third party didn't take my card showing I paid in person she stated I needed to take it up with them. Because my son is a transplant patient I need documentation of all travel expenses to show we have been staying in San Antonio for this. In the end for a resolution to my issues I would just like this company to print me a receipt to show a record that I stayed at this hotel and I paid my fees in full.
