    Made reservation at hotel for April 2, 3 and 4th-checking out April 5th 2024. Arrived and hotel did not look at all like it did on website. Was advised that although breakfast was shown on website, there was no breakfast offered. Was also told we had to pay for parking when I did not remember that being mentioned on website. Went to room and noticed it was dirty-dust and food smears on mirrors, clock radio, etc. No robes as advertised either. Attempted to take a shower-there was no hot water. Front desk stated it was an "old hotel" and you should try to flush toilet as that might help. My mother (who was traveling with me), had to continually flush the toilet while I was showering in order to have warm water. I called the front desk THAT night at about 5pm and advised we would be checking out in the morning as we were unhappy with the hotel. We would not be staying the 2 next nights. Female clerk said she would advise the manager. Next morning I checked out and told male clerk again of our concerns and he confirmed others have complained that there is no breakfast although advertised. He said he would speak to the manager about refunding us the last 2 nights of our stay. We went to another hotel for the next 2 nights. When I arrived home, checked my credit card and saw that I had not yet been refunded. Emailed the manager and asked about this. **Please see the attached document. As of this writing on April 11, 2024 the manager has not responded to my request for an update of my refund. We left early due to the condition of the hotel, which frankly was dark, dirty and not up to our standards. I gave 24 hours notice on 04/02/2024 that we would not be staying the next 2 nights of our reservation. I want my money refunded for the last 2 nights which should amount to slightly over $500.00 including tax. (Although unhappy with our stay, we DID stay the night of 04/02/24 and will pay for that night.) No idea why I haven't been refunded yet. Thank you-

    Shut the water off without acknowledging me. Tried to reach out to the manager and front desk said shes busy take my number. I found a housekeeper that lead me to the manager and when the housekeeper began talking to the manager on duty the manager had no idea I was around the corner and then began to say that guest is stupid hes trying to get free stuff and called down wanting this and that so I immediately popped my head around the corner to allow her to see me and things got even more heated. I shut the water off I didnt know anyone was here. No im not turning it back on. She was refusing to accommodate me or talk in a professional manner whatsoever. This place is horrible and shes about to own this place and made dam well I knew that. Disappointed how things went from both sides but I refuse to be talked to that way when Im a guest. Then when approaching front desk the brother wants to try and handle me saying I dont like how you were talking to my sister and gets all shaky. These people dont care and werent willing to help at all! If this is the new owner this hotel already has issues and gonna have a lot more to come.
