    I was approached in the hospital by a option care rep for home infusions. I was told that my out of pocket would be over a thousand dollars I told the rep that I couldn't afford it and she said no worries we have financial assistance. You will be called once your approved, I was approved so services stated I was charged a copay of **** cents per week for my out of pocket. I went back into the hospital and when I returned option care called to restart delivery, the next day a rep called and said that I must pay a thousand dollars to resume services and I told then you know I can't afford that and I'm supposed to be on financial assistance because my copay is a little over 3 dollars how can this be. The rep said she would have a supervisor call me when she did she stated the the financial assistance would resume once they submitted another application for financial assistance. Then 2 days later I was called by option care saying that my services were canceled. I said ok because I couldn't afford the thousand dollars so I went without treatment. Now I'm being harassed by a collection agency saying that option care put me in collections. I don't understand how when I was on financial assistance for my bill. I feel that I'm being unfairly treated and I feel that I'm being targeted because I'm sick and elderly. I don't owe them money can you please help me with this unfair treatment.
