    cut my service for using too much data on a plan that was unlimited I kid you not. The service speed was also everywhere going from 2mbps to 50 mbps. And when going through customer service They were never able to actually help with the speeds at all. Completely terrible service.

    Were sorry to hear that youre dissatisfied with your experience. Our support team made multiple good-faith attempts to help resolve the issue, but each was met with verbal hostility, which made meaningful resolution impossible. You also mentioned early on that you intended to leave a bad review, which limited the opportunity for constructive support.


    We reminded you of our 30-day money-back guarantee, which would have allowed you to cancel without risk. You declined this option and chose to continue using the service.


    Usage records showed over 600GB of data used within **************************************** fact performing well. The issue wasn't with data limits, but with bandwidth congestion at your specific location. Whatever was happening on your end was consuming excessive bandwidth, likely impacting speed and performance.


    Were committed to transparent service and support, and were always here to help when customers are open to respectful, solution-focused conversations. Leaving a negative review while refusing assistance and continuing to use the service is unfortunate and doesnt reflect the full picture.

    *****. Ordered in November 26 2024 and had issues with reception. It would freeze up, not catch up, and blurry. Called and spoke to Tech, did something on my phone and didn't help so I bought a cellular antennae hoping this would help with reception and no. So I called in January to cancel my account as I tried for over a month as they advised me to and stated the reception should get better. No credit at all given. Paid $150 for two months of no service and then paid an extra $50 for a cellular antennae. I would not recommend this company. Not customer friendly and just wanted to keep getting money whether I had service or not. I do not recommend them!

    Dear Ms. ******************** you for taking the time to share your feedback. Im sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your service, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly.

    To clarify the sequence of events, we received your first call on December 23, 2024, and worked with you to resolve the reception issues at that time. It was resolved at that point. We advised you to monitor your connection for 24 hours, and to reach out again if any problems persisted even after the 24 hour time frame. On January 14, 2025, we then received your second call, at which point you opted to cancel your account without further troubleshooting. Since there was no communication that there was or were more issues for more than 20 days, we considered it resolved.

    I also want to note that the external cellular antenna you purchased is not one we sell or recommend. Equipment of that nature can introduce complications during troubleshooting because we are unable to vouch for or fully understand its specifications. As a result, we were unable to effectively assess its impact on your service.

    We truly strive to provide excellent service and support to all of our customers. Our prompt responses during both of your contacts were part of our commitment to helping you resolve the issues. We do have operational costs that necessitate the collection of fees for service, and our intention is always to ensure that you receive reliable Internet connectivity along with exceptional customer service.

    While I understand your frustration, I must respectfully note that stating we did not have an opportunity to help overlook the troubleshooting support provided on your first call, as well as the complexities introduced by the unauthorized external equipment that you purchased on your own. We take every customer review seriously, and we are continually working to improve our service. However, we also believe that a fair representation of the events is important to maintain trust with all our customers and potential subscribers.
