      *** is the epitome of a predatory investment management company. Terrible customer service. ****** wait to speak to someone. Rude reps. ****** to help with transfer of account elsewhere. (Quote: "Why would I help you to remove money from our company?") Sky-high expense ratios way above industry norms. Absolutely the WORST place to put your money. It literally took me an entire year to wrest control of my funds from these dishonest cads. Stay away, and if you're still there, keep trying to get your money back. It'll take a long time, and they won't make it easy.

      My account was locked for no reason. And now I get to wait almost 2 hours on hold for a representative to unlock it?! Who in their right mind expects customers to wait nearly 2 hours in a queue in 2024? The fact that **** chose to involuntary move our investments to this inferior company ********* their reputation and commitment to its customers.

      I have had to call multiple times, and Ive had one or two decent customer service ***** the rest have been the most unprofessional, condescending, rude, unhelpful people I have ever spoken to on the phone. Working on getting all of my money out of this company. I cant believe USAA saddled us with this garbage.

      Absolutely horrible experience. Website is completely dysfunctional and customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. I have never experienced anything like this before.

      USAA did a disservice to every service member when they farmed investment services out to Victory Capital. The customer service is industry worst because there literally is no service at all.Even more concerning is their repeated attempts to block transfer of my assets out to ******. Its unethical and possible illegal. I have had to have my attorney intervene to get the account assets transferred, at a cost of $1200.Real rating is 0.0.

      Absolutely the worst service - horrible. Former USAA members are advised to find other alternatives. Victory Capital Management have been over 14 months liquidating a decedent's small 403(b). Their requests and policies are inconsistent, ever-changing, extra-legal and frustrating beyond belief. Institutional incompetence characterizes this organization and there is no commitment to service or personal accountability.

      They lost $35,000 of my investment for over 3 months and provided the worst customer service I've ever had in trying to find these lost funds. They provided no explanations for the snafu and never returned phone calls. I'm shocked that USAA uses them as their investment arm. If you care about your money and your sanity, give this sorry company a ride berth!

      Expense ratios at VCM for typical passive index funds are 4 to 10 times higher than those at ******, Fidelity, or Vanguard (i.e. .05 vs .50, .15 vs. .55, etc).

      If you ask them a question, their answers are bare-boned, as if they are being cross-examined as a witness at trial. Their website is filled with promotional material, such that one has to conduct a very detailed search to find such things as your documents or how to set up or discontinue an automatic investment. Their log on to the website has recently started to require a texted code each time, even though one is "registering" one's computer each time, which is supposed to last for 30 days. I'm getting out - they are bad news. They should get a zero, not a one.

      This company is a joke, like mostly everyone elses reviews on here. We have been trying to close an account for a YEAR every person gives us more paperwork to fill out we do it and nothing happens. What they are doing should be investigated because this cant be legal. Holding someone elses money hostage. Yes I use the word hostage because as long as they run you in circles and have your money they control you. I am possibly going to have to seek legal counsel because its been a year and they will not give me MY MONEY. Absolutely joke of a company if there was a 0 star thats what Id give. I hope there is a higher authority that reads this and opens an investigation because this is criminal
