      Not even a one star should be given. Not only does it take days for my love oned to get through after trying continuously for hours, but once I accept the call we connect and the call drops. I get charged every time plus the taxes. When you call you wait in the phone forever. When there is a good connection and only minutes in he can hear me and I hear nothing! They are happy to take out money but they dont deliver the service. My guessing that they make thousands off us for a service they dont deliver!!

      If I could leave a negative number for a star rating, I would. I have read some of the ********************* and you take zero accountability for service, or lack thereof. The idea of prisoners having their own tablets with a phone app is a GREAT idea, however YOU cannot provide enough bandwidth to support the demand. WI consumers have been hearing since AT LEAST November that you're addressing the problems, and that a "fix" is supposed to be rolled out in April. We're nearing the end of April & the service has only gotten WORSE. I have emailed CS numerous times. One of the last times I had emailed, I had asked that my account be reviewed for refunds because of the number of times I was getting charged & not even getting connected. The response was "we appreciate your patience in the matter...". Nothing regarding the money that is basically being stolen from me! I have sent emails asking if they're actually sending Techs to the facilities, is the equipment up to date, etc., with no response from ICSolutions. *************!

      Service is very spotty. Some days you cant get calls to go through. Other days calls drop and you cant reconnect. This past weekend my son tried for 2 days and get a call to go through.

      Worst service! As families of loved ones have no choice but to deal with this scam of service provider. Everyday the phones dont work. They take your money. When you report it they blame the **** The whole state of ********* has been complaining everyday since the switch and nothing is being done. I demand this gets taken care. We are being taken advantage of big time!

      Zero Zero Zero Stars!!! This place is a joke and ** is very rude and unprofessional!! They talk too fast and has no intentions of assisting you!! I dont know where they hire thier employees from, they are very STUPID!!! When you call at night the ** is third world foriegn country from ***********, *****, ******, *****, cause its cheap labor. They read from a script and repeat the message over and over. They have no clue what they are doing!! ***** said he is going to MAGA and hire US people only. Well icsolutions didnt get that message obviously!!! I had identity with my cc and somehow my funds in my account with ********************** caused a wave of drama and they are now punishing me and I cannot add funds with any of my ccs- western union only. When i called the rude ** they directed me to *** Was on phone with ** Kiosk at riteade for 3 hrs and talked to 4 diff foriegn countries and repeated myself many times. I had rotator cuff surgery and had to deal with pain and *************** pain!! Goolged corp office in ** called them and directed me to ******* for *** 1 1/2 hrs away from where i live. They dep $50 and told to wait an hour call IC to add funds to my acct. well that didnt happen!! Foriegn *** said to call Corp on Monday to add the funds they could not help me BIG SURPRISE!! I called supervisor on saturday they couldnt help me either cause ******* set up my aact with IC phone # instead of mine. Now i have to wait till Mon morn to see if they can add the $50 to my acct as i have not talked to my son in a week!!!! This company does not care or has any sympathy for anyone and needs to be shut down and maybe Corr Facilities can use **** or another company!!!

      If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. This company is run by ******. They take our money and fail to provide a service that actually works. At the end of the day, they do not care because they get their money. I know things can happen, but for it not to work 85-90% of the time is ridiculous! The company does not care that inmates and their loved ones struggle with their mental health and need phone calls to know they are not alone. Calls come in and there is either dead silence, lapse between the automated voice talking or when you get through the whole speech and hit 5 nothing but dead air.

      I have spent thousands of dollars between video chats and phone calls. And this last 4 months hes not getting through. He will call 15 times a day to get through maybe 3. And the recording about it is recording our conversation, really only needs to be said at beginning of call and one minute warning as I have kept track and we lose 3 to 4 minutes on every phone call after recording interrupts us every 4 min to say the same thing. BS is what it is. And here we are stuck paying for it . ******* from *********

      Twice I have tried to do video chat with an inmate. The first time they kept sending me to refresh their system. With 4 minutes and 22 seconds left on the call I finally got through. By then the person I was trying to contact was offline. Second time I tried the system keeps sending me back to refresh. After I refreshed it came up visit canceled. I was charged for both visits and I did was waste a half hour of my time twice. I am very angry and appalled by their service. When you call customer service all they do is apologize but do nothing for you. Luckily for them you have to leave at least one star to submit your message . If I could have I would have left zero Stars ****

      The worst company! I called at 8 am to add funds to my account so I can talk to my husband from prison. I can only talk to him between the hours of 8 am and 11 am. Why would the company do a system enhancement in the middle of work hours? Couldnt that be done overnight? Its an inconvenience to the customer. It shows that this company has know formality in keeping their customers satisfied nor having other options during a system enhancement. ************** stick to GTL. This company is a mess!
