              I signed a 12 month contract Message Heights in December 22; I have been going each month; however, in May when I completed my message at the check out counter I was informed I would need to pay for the services, when I reminded the front desk staff I have a membership I was informed my automatic w/drawls are on the 8th of each month and the services provided for me on today, May 1st, is out of the scope and I would need to pay for the services, I protested, but paid $119.99. I waited until the 8th until my w/drawl was completed, contacted Message Heights and gained a copy of my contract; the contract is void of what I experienced on said date, but she states it is outlined in the contract - I informed her to send me a copy of the contract with a circle around what she told me, May 10, 2023, at the time of this writing,I have not received any notification circled on my contract. I contacted them back and requested my refund of $119.99, but informed the credit will remain on my account and role over month to month - I am not satisfied with the way Message Heights has handled this situation and I feel they are in breach of the contract.
