              Difficult people to deal with. There is an aspect of uncompassionate behavior here. As an out of town patient, I wrote one of the doctors a letter about getting care there, which was not even answered. The gatekeeper appears to be the office manager, who nixed having an initial televisit, even though they do televisits. There was no good reason for this. Obviously this is a profit centered practice and NOT a patient centered practice. For someone that has put up with months of vertigo and needs effective treatment, this type of behavior is unacceptable. But, they don't care!
