    Appointment date 10/16/2024 I had an appointment with ****** ***** to get a sonogram for pain that I was having. Instead of being seen by a doctor, I was seen by a midwife who diagnosed me with PCOS. She suggested I take a medication for an infection which I never received. I have called multiple times a week and sent emails trying to get in contact with somebody. I dont believe a midwife should have been the one who diagnosed me. My primary care doctor also said that shouldnt happen. I feel like I shouldve spoke to the actual doctor I made an appointment with. I have called and left several messages and emails trying to get in contact with the doctor and have received no response. I left with more questions than answers about my diagnosis. I also spent $400 on that appointment. I simply wanted a chance to speak to the doctor to further go over my diagnose. Instead, now, I am having to make another appointment with a complete different OB/GYN.

    I paid over $600 on a treatment plan when my insurance covered basically everything and the doctors office refuses to give me my money and I have contacted them multiple times this year and have not been resolved they say they will refund a check been since June *** been waiting for more than 30days for my refund

    Good morning, she is going to pick up a check after *** ***** it.  There is no refusal to pay but it took a little longer since *** was not available to sign the refund check.

    I am concerned about the way this establishment files claims.I noticed on my insurance that claims were not filed or processed until 5 months later.I had appointments on 11/28/22 10/31/22 10/6/22.I paid $300 each visit because they said that my insurance didnt cover infertility appointments. I asked if they could bill me and they said no. After 5months when the claims were filed they put on the claims that my insurance covered the payments but they didnt because I paid out of pocket. I have receipts from those transactions. In October I requested itemized receipts for my October appointments and I was told they couldnt do that because they werent ready. I asked again in November, December and January as well and they said they were backed up and couldnt provide me with this information. The claims on my insurance dont coincide with what actually happened. I paid out of pocket but on the claims statement it states that my insurance covered it and that I didnt pay anything.I want to make sure that I am being billed properly especially because these appointments are very expensive and the office does not provide any type of payment plans for their patients. I am disappointed with what is happening and would like a solution. The wait for every appointment is always long about an hour wait and when I go in to see the physician it is very quick and rushed.
