***********, **. We rode with ********* and my 85 year old grandmother and I are lucky we made it to our appt. The driver was careless, reckless,rude and unprofessional. When asked what company she worked for she proceeded to ask me why I was asking, I then proceeded to tell her because it was our right she raced along the highway to get to the other client appointment like it was some kind of race increasing speeds, switching lanes recklessly, even going in the shoulder at some points where you could hear the tires hitting the bumps. We proceeded to exit downtown and she was flying through stop signs,stop lights turning into people who were crossing the street. We reached the destination of the other individual and she exited the vehicle to get the ****** of the other person,while doing so I can hear her saying let me hurry up and take them because I don't like her that's neither here nor there I'm responsible for my grandmother and that's what matters is that she's safe so what does how you feel have to do with you doing your job safely. So we arrive she doesn't even get out of the van to help my grandmother have her sign the log or any of the other things that we've had to do previously. So ok I call to file a grievance with modivcare the company who is contracted by ***** and they can't help me,transfer us to Cigna they don't help and proceed to let me know that she will be the one picking us up for the return trip, my 85 yr old grandmother does not want to ride with her again so I end up getting us a different means of transportation because if not we're are refusing who wouldn't though. So today is now the next day, the same number she/driver contacted me from yest. Is calling me when we don't have rides with them,so I call back and ask why is she calling me on my personal number, she tells me I'm the one who called her it's a clearly on my phone and nobody can help me with this complaint but can continue to bill us and contract them out
