Specifically, BBB requested AAA Discount Movers to substantiate the testimonial from John Doe and disclose and substantiate with evidence the typical result from customers' testimonials and to provide substantiation of the testimonials advertised including any copies and if the average customer would have the same experience had the testimonials had not been made.
As of May 8, 2023, AAA Discount Movers failed to respond to BBB's inquiry to substantiate and disclose the typical experience.
