    **************** is terrible. Bought a vehicle June 15. Nine plus weeks later, STILL waiting for plates. Request to speak to manager was put through and after 10 mins on hold, I gave up. No call back. Someone there didnt send off for plates. Dont expect ANY service after sale. They will say this is out of their hands and they get the plates from the state. I called Texas DMV and was told I should have received the plates a month ago.

    Had no issue with the experience purchasing my car from here. The issue is after the fact. Decided it was best to cancel some warrantys and products. Trying to get a resolution from ***************************** in finance has been near impossible. Currently going on 40 days of one-sided correspondences. Feels as if customers are thrown to the side after purchasing a vehicle from here. Does not return calls either. Completely unprofessional. I will keep on attempting to resolve this matter, but it is looking bleak.

    Typical car sales people here. Tell you to come in and that they will get you an offer close to your ask only to give you an over 50% different than your ask. Waste of gas and time. Misleading and scheme sales people. Dont work with their online team either. Just as bad. Especially avoid ***** in sales.

    This was my first and last time ever going to Audi Dominion.Audi Dominion permanently disabled the oil level indicator on my car after an oil change. This means that my car can no longer detect its oil levels and can't be reset. Oil indicator is constantly flashing red. Does this sound safe to anyone?Audi Dominion told me that in order to fix the problem that they created, I would have to pay over 4-grand in services. They intentionally put me and my car at risk so that I would be forced to have them service my car. They claim that this is all because they are protecting themselves from liability. But this is at the expense of the driver's safety.Instead of going back to Audi Dominion like they hoped, I went to another mechanic who fixed my car free of charge. There, I learned that Audi only filled up the oil to 4 liters when my car has a 6.9-liter oil capacity. The mechanic fixed my car's oil level indicator, filled the oil to proper levels, and even replaced the windshield fluid - all free of charge because the mechanic stated that these issues should have never happened in the first place.I'm thankful to have found an honest mechanic to fix my car; they have earned my business whereas Audi Dominion has permanently lost mine.**Audi Dominion deleted my review on ******* so now I'm going to post this review wherever I can. Audi can delete my review as many times as they want. They tried to bamboozle me and now they want to prevent me from sharing my experience. Check the other 1-star reviews on ****** and Yelp. I'm not surprised by any of them.

    My husband and I had gone in to test drive a Q8 a couple weeks ago , and ultimately decided I wanted to look for an SQ7 for the third row and more HP. Sales rep ***** that day was amazing ! Wasnt ******* me , we test drove multiple vehicles , and he stated they didnt have an SQ7 at the time , but would call me when they did. Fast forward a week , he calls to say they have one and to come drive it. I had to fly out for a funeral , so I said I would come the next week. Then comes today. I went in to drive said vehicle Ive been waiting 2 weeks to do drive , but ***** was not there. The joke of a sales manager Jazz was VERY pushy , wanting me to drive the car to my husband at work so we could buy it right then and there. I said no , I will come back with my husband when hes not at work IF I like the vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me we dont just let people test drive $100k cars if theyre not going to buy them , and I was in utter shock. Im not sure how Im supposed to buy a car that I cant test drive. Needless to say , I will never be doing business here. And from the looks of the other reviews , Im not the only person who has had a bad experience with this man.
