Dear BBB Representative,I write to file a formal complaint against Ingram Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM (IPAC), located at ***************************************. Below, I have detailed the pertinent issues:Misrepresentation of a New Vehicle On [2/14/25], I purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T **** Pack (VIN: *****************) from IPAC. The dealership represented it as new, yet the contract indicated only 669 miles when the actual odometer reading far exceeded ***** miles. Furthermore, a ****** report revealed prior ownership, service history, and damage (including a replaced fender). These factors raise serious concerns about transparency and honesty in the sales process.Mechanical *************** Soon after purchase, I discovered an oil residue near the wheels, suggesting a potential mechanical defect. The replaced fender and undisclosed dings point to previously unknown damage or repair work. This undermines the confidence one might place in a reputable dealerships inspection and disclosure procedures.Customer Service Incident While I was finalizing this purchase, hot coffee was accidentally spilled on my wife. This unfortunate mishap was met with only a cursory apology. While accidents do happen, the lack of care or follow-up from staff left us feeling deeply dissatisfied and disregarded.Efforts to ***************** Outcome I have attempted to communicate these issues to the dealership, requesting either a brand-new Dodge Charger EV **** Pack Level 2 (with no undisclosed damage or prior ownership) or a complete refund of my purchase, including any associated taxes and fees. To date, I have not received any satisfactory remedy or a transparent explanation regarding the misleading information and substandard customer service.Initial Complaint

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and tried to return it within 3 days using their hassle free return policy. I was not allowed to return the vehicle. The return policy is posted on their IPAC websites. The posted price was ******. We paid ******. I was not aware of this until a couple of days after we purchased the vehicle. I went after work to sign the paperwork and thought I was paying the sticker price. This is when I tried to return the vehicle.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car on 1/28/2025 and the price seemed off once I got the dealer to offer more for my trade. The came up 3k on the offer and after looking the price changed by 3k more. I mentioned it and they said no and gave an excuse. Then said they would change it and I will not be charged for any addendums. The msrp was 39k and there were plenty of discounts I was offered, but none were applied.Initial Complaint

VERY UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES. 2021 Jeep Gladiator was advertised on November 3rd on ****** and on the dealerships web site $24,116.00 We showed the ad to ********, the sales person and saw the vehicle. We went back the same day to purchase the car and the Sales Manger, ****** ****, said the price was over $36,000.00. When we showed him the printout of their ad, he stated that it was "SUBJECT TO CHANGE" via fine print. They would not honor the advertised price on their own website, which by this time they had removed. But the posted price can still be seen on ****** report. They flat out said they will not sell us the vehicle at the advertised price and would not consider any further discussion on it. This is in direct violation of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act & 43 TEX.ADMIN.CODE *******.Initial Complaint

9/3/24 After 2 weeks of verifying stock of vehicle and visiting once before and told vehicle was just sold, only to be called back a week later saying they found it. Dealer pulled a bait and switch on price. Advertised price online (******) of vehicle suddenly selling for 36k plus addon junk fees. And no point during negotiations was the advertised pricey honored, not even with in house financing Prices are artificial and made to lure customers in. This is unacceptable for the day and age we live in.Initial Complaint

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had taking a vehicle to a dealership for repairs. The truck has been there since May 28th and ever sinxe I met the advisor and saw his attitude I felt negative about the experience I was to have here. I do not know if I just got unlucky with the service advisor we got ( ******* ) or if this dealership just runs like this. The advisor tried reaching out about payment and we approved payment after he contacted three people from our business. Then we got the call last wednesday that the truck was 100% ready for pick up, he stated that they had done all the tests to it and had even left it overnight testing and that it was all good. We picked up the truck around 11am and it was exactly the same. The person who gave the greenlight on this truck had not test driven the vehicle before letting it out, my employee got back scared because the truck was bouncing really bad even on a flat road. I personally went back to the deslership and let the service advisor hop in and drive it himself. Now if you guys have cameras ho back to that day and you will see he drove it less than 50ft and was scared to even go over one of the yellow bumps you guys have there. This dealership did not only not fo their job but put someone on risk while saying this vehicle was safe to drive. Friday afternoon I spoke to the shops supervisor and he told me that he was going to get on top of this and that he would call me back or my employee. That did not happen, being a friday I said lets wait for monday, yesterday I called again and spoke to the supervisor who said he was going to go to the service advisors desk and call me back which he did not. I understand I am not the only customer but we have already paid for something that did not get fixed and now we cannot seem to get help from anyone there. All I want is my truck fixed and at this point with no good communication I do not know when that is going to happen.Initial Complaint

On April 30th, 2024, I purchased a vehicle from IPAC. I viewed the vehicle at an off site location, third party called RECON, and did a very short test drive, as it was almost completely empty of fuel. The problem that I want resolved is the work preformed by the third party, RECON, and the bill of $3,904.00 which was rolled into the total owed on the truck. I do not believe that $3,050 out of a $3,904.00 of work was actually performed. The list below is work stated that I am objecting to. Detail charge of $505 The detailing of the vehicle was offensively bad, black tire shine and oil residue covered the majority of all plastics, in the fabric were more present after the detailing than before. The truck had to be cleaned upon delivery to prevent further damage. 2.Front wiper blades charged $81.00 Do not appear to be in new condition 3.The Driver side and passenger side marker bulbs charged ****** They were operational when test driven and do not appear to be new 4.The battery terminals charged $316.00 still have corrosion residue which is obvious that they were only brushed off and not replaced as charged 5.Forward Collision light on intermittent need to be diagnose charged $165.00 light still comes on and nothing was ever relayed as to the finding of the diagnostic. 6.Wave Radar ************** upper grille assembly charged $1541.00 This is a major concern because none of the sensors are operational. On 5/07/2024 the vehicle was delivered to my residence. Since the seventh, I have called repeatedly, to voice my concern about the additional work promised and paid for was not being done. I have called daily for the last 20+ days and have been told that the "deal is done" or that a higher management will call me back, a call that has never come. The customer representative has told me that there is nothing that can be done. I was charged $3,904 for work to a vehicle that I was purchasing, and $3,050 of that work was not completed which is unacceptableBusiness Response

Went there to have my daughters car, refinanced in my name. Was somehow coaxed into buying one of their cars instead. Went through the process, handed over all the paperwork to get the car. Drove it off the lot, moved to ******** a few days later. Started getting messages for even more paperwork to send in, sent in what they asked for until they started asking for paperwork from 15 years ago. Paperwork that I gave them on the first day. Someone there misplaced my paperwork and somehow I'm the problem. Car was repod 3 days ago because the bank rejected my loan, due to the employees asking me to keep sending paperwork that I already sent in, or paperwork that would no longer exist due to the timeframe of when I retired, started my SSI, or got my VA reward. Yet somehow my daughter was approved without pay statements for a job she hadn't worked at since 2016. A job the dealership lied to the bank about to get the loan approval.Business Response

********************* came in and purchased a car with her son *************************. During the purchase ************* was required to provide us all documentation of her income. She had many different sources of income and we needed to prove ever source. Although bank statements help the lending institution has the right to request additional documents before they finalize an approval for the customer. The bank asked us to attach any award letter, SSI or VA documents. One of these documents was requested from the bank. We contacted ************* to provide this document along with proof of insurance with this car added to her policy. Customer stated it wouldnt be a problem and then never provided us with either one of the documents. We contacted the insurance that she gave us when she was here and was told that she had canceled her insurance.

January 2024 I purchased a 2020 ************* limited. The car salesman ***************** promised me a list of items before purchasing the vehicle. Never followed thru. When signing the paperwork with ************************* he said he would make sure the items would be honored, but when he was not explaining my contract thoroughly and was annoyed with my questions he sent me to ******. ****** had no clue what I was doing there. We were sent on our way. Somewhere along the line the finance director *************************** got involved he tried to be the mediator between everyone but also failed to help me. *************************** took my 2015 Jeep for trade in. Supposedly he knew people at ****** the bank the jeep was financed through and he was going to negotiate with them on my jeep. Well again they failed me and Exeter is calling me on a daily basis. I had horrible experience with them and would never recommend!!Business Response

***************** came to our dealership and purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. We had to stay in contact with ***************** because she had stipulations pending with the bank that she needed to get us. Looking into the deal, there is nothing on a we owe on our part that was pending for ****************. ***************** requested to deal with another finance manager which is why ****** got involved with her. In regards to *********** and her 2015 jeep, she did not trade the jeep in with us. Because she did not trade her car in, we can not assist with that vehicle at the bank.

My car was delivered with scratches and a dent, the dealer drove my collector car 7 miles when then they were instructed by myself and dodge not to. They drove it with the spliter guards on which caused damage to the spliter. I have no idea if they caused long term damage to my engine by not following the strict break in procedure required by srt to not void the vehicle warranty.
