Dropped my car for service 7/15 at 8:30 am Received one message that the servicer will send me updates. 4:30 pm I called to check the status and find out the service closed and my car is locked inside the shop. No one can access the system to check if my car has been repaired or not. Again they have not sent me any updates about the service and locked my car inside **************** in a weekend. How I should go to work on my Monday !?

On March 25, we purchased a 2014 ****** Armada with ****** miles on it, we purchased the extended warranty on it. The day after we brought the ****** Armada home we noticed after turning it back on it blew out dark smoke through the exhaust, 4 days after purchasing we got an alert saying the vehicle needed an oil change. I checked the oil and noticed it was missing oil, I bought a quart and filled it up. On March 30 we drove it about 250 miles I checkedthe engine oil again and we had to fill it up as it was missing oil. We talked to Northpark Volkswagen via telephone and told them the vehicle was consuming oil as well as something being wrong with the suspension, they said they would check it out. April 11, 2 weeks and 2 days into purchasing vehicle we drove it to Northpark Volkswagen to get it checked out, April 14 they call me and tell me the ****** Armada is ready for pick up claiming there is no leaks and has been topped off with oil and nothing being wrong with the suspension. I tell them to run it over 100 miles so they can see how much oil it consumes they said ok we will do that, 10 days later they call me back stating they ran it for 100 miles and again they claim nothing is wrong with it and said"you said if we ran it 100 miles you would be satisfied" I stated I will not be satisfied until I see nothing is wrong with it. May 13, ************ calls me via telephone stating that they need their loaner vehicle back, nothing is wrong with the****** Armada, and if we do not return the loaner he will move forward with legal action. I state once again I will not be picking up the ****** Armada as it has a severe issue that needs to be fixed. *********** claimed they fixed the issue, they drop off the Armada and again it's missing 3 quarters of a quart, which means issue was not fixed. Took it to get inspected by a certified inspector they said the extended warranty won't fix since it is a pre existing condition, here we are 3 months later no solution. Disappointed.

I have been going back and forth with North Park Volkswagen for over two months now. I brought my 2014 jetta sportwagen in to get the ** and rear door worked on. One month and $1700 dollars later I come back to a car that wont even start on their own shop floor. I told them to fix it and after days of calling and never speaking to my service representative ***** (who likes to take days off Ive noticed) I went back and told them to give my car back because I didnt think anything was getting done. But they hadnt fixed the door, still waiting on parts. While waiting for the part to come in the ever reliable volkswagen TDI blows a radiator, its 3rd in 148k miles. I come in and speak to them about this repeating problem and they blame it on unreliable parts because they were ******, ********** brand. I had my first radiator replaced by ******** Creek to the tune of $950, they used all VW parts and it still didnt last 6 months. I told this to a manager and he claimed VW dealers do not have a maintenance database and do not work alongside each other. So they completely didnt care (something I see in other reviews your service manager does quite often) I replaced the radiator myself and brought it in for the door repairs. I go in to pick it up and they want to charge me $470 for the door repairs. I told their service manager I had already paid, I thought the $1700 and a few weeks would have gotten me more than just my ** fixed (they replaced a $7 banjo bolt on the oil drain tube so they could say they did 2). And explained how long this whole ordeal has taken, how expensive it all has been, and that I never gave the ok to spend almost $500 on a door latch and he just shrugged and said, I'm sorry. At this point I am fixing the vehicle in order to trade it in because I am forever done with Volkswagen, and in the beginning of this whole ordeal I test drove a Taos because my girlfriend is in the market for a 2023 SUV/CUV, but I will make sure that neither I, nor anyo
