      On November 28th 2022 I placed order number OAF240154 for three items totaling ******. After 2 weeks I sent an email asking when I can expect the items to ship as they where Christmas gifts. The company could not give me a timeline when to expect the items to be shipped. After three weeks I requested the order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. OAF Nation declined to cancel the order and refused to refund my money. After 30 days I finally received an email the products had shipped. Thirty three days after I ordered the products they showed up. The items poor quality, awkward fit, and delays where the reasons for requesting a return and refund. This company has poor business practices for an online retailer and additionally may be exploiting veterans.

      I ordered one shirt Nov 25, it is now Dec 19. I hve emailed back and forth asking about my order, told it was packaged and awaiting carrier pickup. I later received 2 emails AFTER asking AGAIN where my order is, that my shirt is now printing. I understand items are customized but be honest about the dang shipping and time to make the shirts. I would like a real timeline or a refund.

      I placed an order on the 13th of October. It didnt ship until the 21st. It has been sitting on the loading dock since then. I asked customer service why the order hadn't moved since Oct 22nd. I asked them too look into it. Instead of looking into it they told me exactly what **** says on their site. That is is awaiting pickup. **************** is about providing a service and helping the customer to get to a agreeable solution. This has felt like a lead on until it gets there. I have ordered several other things after that and they have gotten here already. I actually dont even want the item anymore at this point and would prefer a refund.       I received an email earlier this week to give it a few more days and you would make it right.  I emailed back after a few days requesting it be made right and recieved no response.  So far with your company when I email that address any initial response is a quick response where the representative has done minimal if any research into the issue.  My package still sits in the same place it has been for multiple weeks while other things I have ordered have already gotten here that were ordered after.  Customer service is all over the place as in responses vary and promised help has not been there.

      I am rejecting this response because: it does not take 4 to 6 weeks.  It also says it has not been accepted by the military yet.  Judging by the amount of shipping complaints against your company I would say that you utilize the lowest and an unreliable mailing service.  I have ordered and received packages from my family as well as multiple companies in the time it has taken from my order from your company.  I also requested a refund and was told to give it a few more days and you would make it right if I had still not received it.  We are definitely a few more days later as of last week and I received no response when I asked your company to make good on this.  The lack of ownership on this as well as follow up is extremely poor.

      Spent $82 on 4 shirts in July of this year after 3 months went by I requested a refund they acknowledged it and a couple days later shipped out my order even though I requested a refund once the order was delivered I am still missing one of my 4 shirts absolutely disgusted that I am this mad at a veteran owned company.

      Placed an order on 9/19/2022 for a hoodie and a hat . The hoodie said 20 days to your door . We are clearly past that and I get the typical copy and paste response . Sorry your order is still In Production we will send an update once it ships. It is a hoodie and a hat not much but they had no issue taking my money . From what I can tell this is a norm for them . Not really a veteran if you cant make your own time hacks that you set

      I ordered from OAF Nation for my honeymoon back on August 1st. Today is September 20th. I sent an email to cancel my order since we did not receive the order in time. We are already back from our honeymoon and just TODAY got shipping notification for bathing suits I won't even need. It's fall now here in CT. There is no customer service number and they don't respond to emails! This is ridiculous.

      I, like many of the other complaints, placed two orders with OAF Nation that yet to be shipped. My first order #OAF231429 was placed on 5 Aug 2022. As of today, 29 Aug 2022, it is still in production.My second order placed on 8/24 is also still in production. I spent a not so significant amount of money on these orders. Whenever I email the contact, on their website I get the same copy and pasted responses. I feel like this is another **************** trying to rip off service members, retirees, vets, and people who admire the military. Recruiting numbers are down significantly this year. Having people out there talking poorly and making disparaging remarks about a supposed Veteran Owned, doesnt really help that. Id argue that Recruiting is a vital to National Security.

      I ordered a shirt off the website on July 15th. The website states there is a 20 day lead time. However the order still remains unfulfilled and all emails to customer service have gone unanswered. After reviewing the complaints on BBB, this is typical of this company, who does not care about customers or providing the actual service they claim to offer. Possibly the worst company ever which markets to veterans but just screws them over.
