      I ordered one shirt and one pair of shorts from this company on 07/10/2022. My order number is OAF229809. On 07/16/2022 - 07/23/2022 I reached out to their customer service email numerous times about my order and was told that the product would be shipping soon. No other information would be provided. On 08/01/2022 I reached out for the last time stating that its been 3 weeks and I havent received a shipping confirmation or any updates and that I would like to cancel my order for a full refund. I was notified that they would not refund nor cancel my order because the order is already in the printing process. They provided no proof of this claim and it is now 08/08/2022 and I have yet to receive my order. Its been a full month since Ive placed this order and received nothing. The 7-8 email interactions that Ive had with customer service shows that their responses have been generic copy and paste responses with little regard to resolve the issue at hand. Their website says they keep it one hunnid when it comes to customer service but the only thing their keeping is your money. I want a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:Ive already emailed this company numerous times in the hopes of getting this situation rectified. Its been over a month since theyve taken my money for my order and Ive yet to receive my product. Their website states that they keep it one hunnid in terms of customer satisfaction. They clearly dont especially when it comes to customer satisfaction, support, and integrity. Id like a FULL refund of my purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because: the company has provided NO updates other than theyve ran into delays and that they hope to be able to provide me with my order soon. That update was 6 days ago and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or my product. It has now been well over a month since I placed my order and paid for a product that Ive never received. I want a full refund. This company has been completely misleading with their shipping policy. Their website states shipping times are 5-7 days, not 30+ Days. Again, Id like a full refund and I will never be doing business with them again.

      I ordered a pair of shorts from their website on July 13th, 2022. As of today, August 5th, the company claims that the shorts are still in production. I asked for a refund and they refuse to acknowledge it by repeating the phrase, your order is in the final stages of production. I just want my money back at this point. I feel like Im being scammed. Especially since their website states that production time is 5-7 days. The whole thing feels really shady and I dont want other consumers to fall victim to this. Thank you for your time.

      I placed an order for two items on June 17, 2022, and it cleared my bank account on June 21st. On the website, it says, "Production time ranges from 5 to 7 business days 24 hours after the order was placed." I June 27th I emailed them to see the stats of the order, to which they replied "Thank you for your order. We are currently working on it and it will ship out soon. " On July 6th I asked again, The Reply: "Your orders are currently on it's final stages of production. We are sorry about this delay."On July 14th Asking about the Big Delay and Reply was: "Well send you an email notification as soon as we have the shipping information. Sorry about the wait, were dealing with heavy volume right now but were on it! "On July 18th I asked for a refund and their reply was "Apologies for the delay. Upon checking, your order OAF228139 are special items and the production time on those sometimes takes a little longer than our regular prints. Well send you an email notification as soon as we have the shipping information."Nothing was emailed to me when I order this item that this would happen, nor did it state it on their website.I emailed them that I would be contact BBB and my Bank and they said they would send a refund, yet nothing has been sent.

      Ordered a product on 7/5/2022. Never had any response from them, so I emailed and canceled the order. I was told that I couldnt cancel because it was already in printing. I have emailed them several times since and always get the same response as everyone else and that is: they are claiming it is in its final stages of production which was a week and a half ago. I requested a refund and canceled several times now and they just keep putting me off.

      I already did this and still have not received a refund for an order that never came and one that they would not cancel. Now, they have issued a store credit and refused a refund, although I never recived anything and canceled the order. I do not want store credit to a company that is already a sham and causing these problems.

      I purchased 2 pairs of swim trunks for my husband on 6/4/2022 and paid OAF Nation $74.98. On 6/30/2022, I received notification from OAF Nation that my order was being shipped, yet it has not been shipped and today is 7/13/2022. I contacted OAF on 7/7/2022 and they responded that the order was in staging to be shipped and asked for my patience. I purchased the shorts as a gift for a vacation we are going on and now will not receive them and have requested a refund and have not received a response. I asked multiple times in my emails to speak with management and that question has been avoided each time, and there is no phone number to contact this business. This business should be ashamed of the way they run things, terrible service and no accountability.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and each time I get told to wait and wait and wait. They have been telling me they will check on the status of my order multiple times. Its almost been a month. This is absurd. Being in the military punctuality is vital. If it is expected of me then I expect it from a business as well. I want my money back OR have my product shipped to me by Monday. I will go as far as I can to get my money back if they do not provide me with a tracking number nor my product. This business should NOT be advertising a product which is not even in stock.
