    I cant say enough great things about Compass group travel! From the moment I became a client, they have been nothing but professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and every phone call was either answered right away or returned promptlyno automated systems, just real people who truly care.The booking process was seamless, and weve already planned a family vacation without any stress or hassle. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience!

    FRAUDS!!! They promised a free dinner and two free airline tickets only for them to call a day or two before to tell me that one of their staff was sick! They LIE with no cause or remorse! While talking to someone else who was victimized by them, I learned that they didnt honor their contract with her either. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Why hasnt the BBB done anything to stop this fraud!!!

    *******,  We do not have any contract with you.  ************* events are invitation only, and due to unforeseen sicknesses with our staff, we had to greatly downsize our event, as we have already discussed with you in great length.  We are not frauds, and and we do not lie.  It is upsetting that you would take time to post a review based on sicknesses that we had to deal within our organization.     Initial sales call was great with Shalya & the owner. Showed us great travel prices & different trips. ******* about great deals on ************ & how we wouldn't do better anywhere else. They offered a 0% card to pay for lifetime *************** bought During our call, we discussed an upcoming trip to ******. We had already purchased airfare & were told that wasn't good because they could save us hundreds. After purchasing, I screwed up by believing in the ***. I canceled our previously purchased Greece tix & went through Compass. I then paid $500+ more for 3 of us to go. We got a small check back after the trip that didn't cover the difference. We tried working with them on accomodations for 1 night b4 our tour in ****** & found a much nicer place for quite a bit less on our own. We tried a few more bookings & found that we could find the SAME 4 LESS Tried using FREE airline tix in the US 2x & both times were told nope sorry can't use them due 2 price/timing. This info wasn't provided up front. The 2nd time I started complaining & by the time they decided 2 make an exception we already booked a flight 4 less than they offered w/out allowing the voucher. After many requests for trips, we found that this was a total waste of $ & felt we deserved 2 B able to cx or get a refund 4 a lifetime membership that is useless. They wouldn't respond & I sent my complaint to the IN **'s office. They have refused 2 respond 2 them or go thru any mediation. During sales call, Shalya advised we could roll over the 0% again at the end of the intro period. Since they have not responded & our intro period is coming to an end I NEED a resolution. I've reached out MULTIPLE times & now they won't respond at all. Seems they are not happy that I complained to the ** & now have decided not 2 respond 2 anything. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to ****** ** regarding the interest roll over and again total silence. IF THEY AREN"T GOING TO RESPOND EVER **AIN THAN REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

    ****,  I have attached our response that we sent to the ********* on 9/19/2024, which was very sufficient evidence for them regarding your complaints.

    We do offer 0% interest for our clients.  You cancelled your already booked airfares to ****** with no quote from us, which you agreed was not a wise decision on your part.  As a full service travel agency, we have access to discounted rates that cannot be accessed by public, or vs any public rate, so clearly what we were quoting vs what you were researching on your own were within different perimeters.  These issues can easily be resolved with clear communication.  We have had repeated issues reaching you by phone and email, as stated in the attached notes.  We notate all correspondence with our clients, so we have a clear understanding of our clients needs.  Our last correspondence from you to our office is an email received on 3/17/25, and we we immediately called and left you a voicemail.

    We met with *** and ********** on 11/29/23. 
    Their account was scheduled to be activated on 12/5/24, but they requested a cruise quote on 12/4/24, so we activated their account a day early so we could start on their cruise quote request.

    Regarding the comments about their already booked flight to *****.
    When we met with them, we did give an example of our discounted flight----but this was not comparing their already booked itinerary.  We did not have access to what they already booked at that time.
    We were pulling an example of a flight cost (online regular cost) vs what that same flight would cost if booked through our office---as an example of the savings that our travel agency platforms can offer to our clients.
    We never advised them, and never spoke to them, about cancelling their already reserved Italy airfare!  We dont know when they booked it, and did not have their actual booked itinerary to re-quote!
    They assumed to cancel it,and then requested to book it through our office, and were very disappointed with the discounts that were available then.    Once we were advised from our clients that they had cancelled their already booked flight, we were shocked!  We never advised them to do this.  They never contacted us before they cancelled it!    As travel prices are fluid and ever changing, we would never advise to cancel an already booked reservation before having our client send us their already booked reservation to see what options we have. 

    I am writing now notes from our clients portfolio regarding their activity with our office:

    CRUISE:

    12/4/23:  Needs an Alaskan cruise departing 9/29-10/15.  CALLED-NO VM INBOX SET UP.  EMAILED.    **** responded by email 2 adults.
    Emailed **** shortest Alaskan cruise is 7 nights, meaning she would have to extend her travel dates by one day.   ***** would like any cruises matching her travel dates---emailed her multiple options---asked her which one she is itinerary she is most interested in.  *She sent me she like 12/6 asked her if she has another number I need to callvm not set up.  *She says she will BE UNAVAILABLE THIS WEEK AND SHE WILL CALL BACK WHEN SHE IS ABLE

    ATHENS AIRFARE (THAT THEY CANCELLED)

    12/8/23:  CALLEDCANNOT LEAVE ME OR MESSAGE.  Emailed as well.

    12/11 Called, cannot leave voicemail.  Emailed quotes *************** and **************** CVG to *** to *******  
    *THIS IS THE FLIGHT THEY ALREADY CANCELLED!
    Advised to send long layovers if price is cheaper

    12/11 called back cannot leave vm.  Emailed I need all names ad on passports.  Looking at flights to ****** from ********  ***** told me she is waiting on refund from Turkish Air for credit for the flights they cancelled ??  Those flights are no longer available.

    12/12---Escalated to management---did not know she already cancelled flights!

    12/12---Called---was able to leave a voicemail.  I left vm stating I will email her the quote.  Quote:  $719 per person with $82 discount per person = $637 per person.

    12/12client responded:   upset  Referring client back to management for assistance

    12/13Called ****, left voicemail regarding the Delta flights she is now interested in booking to *******

    12/20Called Tinaasking if she has received her refund (cannot book until refund is processed $)   Asked IF SHE IS READY TO BOOK YET. 

    12/20Tina responded she has only received partial refund, still waiting on the rest of refund.  SHE WILL REACH OUT TO US WHEN READY TO BOOK.

    12/21Tina emailedhas received whole refund.  Ready to book!  FLIGHT APPROVED WITH $98 discount per person! 

    12/21Spoke with ****---She may want to move dates for air to *******    She said is in no rush to book---son is afraid to sly.  SHE WILL CALL US WHEN SHE SEES A FLIGHT SHE LIKES.  SHE DOES NOT WANT LONG LAYOVERS.

    1/14/24Tina emailed asking if prices have dropped for Athens tickets.  Emailed back they have not---would she like to look at different dates?  She emailed back she wants prices to drop and needs to keep the same dates. 

    1/16/24:  **** called to have me check Flight Merchant for lower price tickets she saw.  I called them and spoke to Rep.  Found out the price she sees does not include taxes and fees!  Please click all the way through quote to see final price.

    1/18/24---**** still looking for flight to *******  She will call me after her meeting later today to go over options.

    1/18Flight on *********** offers $75 discount per person.  $838 -$75 discount.  Emailed to ****.  Called *************** to verify can pay for checked bags on Basic economy after flights are booked.

    1/18---**** called at 5:50 pmflight prices have increased $30 per person.  She now she does not want book those.

    1/19/24Tina looking at Air Serbia now.  No one less expensive today---advised  ****.   
    BOOKED FLIGHTS!!!!!  Turkish Air flight offers $78 discount per person.


    NORTHERN LIGHTS:

    2/12 Called client, left voicemail
    2/12  Tried to call client again, left voicemail
    2/13called clientconfirmed all details for trip

    2/19new request for Nothern lights (dates)

    2/20sent email with options for 2025 Norther Lights; called and left a voicemail.

    2/22Tina sent new request for condo in ********, ** for 8/4-8/10 or 9/29-10/5

    2/22client does not answer phone---confirmed trip request by email.

    2/26---sent quotes for Gulfport 8/4-/8/10

    2/28 Sent quotes for Gulfport 9/29-10/5

    2/28called and left a voicemail. 

    2/28emailed to please follow up with me in office for quotes for Gulfport.

    3/8---**** emailed me about Gulfport condos. 

    3/9Tina deleted all the emails I sent her----does not really know where they want to go---start new request.  ?

    3/15/24:  ****** option offers service fee when booking through our office (discount)

    3/18emailed **** when can we talk to book her ****** Gulfport?

    3/18---client emailed we will talk Friday.

    3/19---clients wants to book ******--$75 discount.  BOOKED.

    NORWEIGAN CRUISE:

    4/23-**** wants Norweigan cruise and utilize voucher for airfare. (Platinum Air).  Left voicemail.  Emailed.  I need details to quote.

    4/26Tina finally got back to me with required information.  Emailed her, and left her a voicemail::::The only Alaskan cruise that offers land tours are sailing out of ****** meaning we cannot utilize voucher for this request---let me know if you are still wanting to book.
    5/4---**** emailed me price of Norweigan cruise.  Emailed and left voicemail---Price is excluding TAXES AND PORT FEES.  Put her request on courtesy hold until May 7.  Emailed to ****.  This cruise offers $180 additional discount.  Left voicemail. 

    6/7---**** asked for Norweigan cruise again by email.  Emailed her back.    She emailed she needs a hotel (beach) in *************---Emailed her back # of nights needed (dates)and how many people, please? 

    7/5  **** emailed needs 2 quotes for 4 different ship and saildates.

    7/6Emailed all 8 cruise quotes to ****.

    7/8---Called client to discuss no answer, left vm.

    8/10Tina called to cancel Gulfport condo.  Cancelled condo. 

    8/13Tina would like to use voucher for Gulfport.  She has specific flights she wants---advised her we will submit to Platinum Air and see what they send back for availability.  She is right at 45 days in advance, as required by Platinum Air.

    8/14Spoke with Tinathe flights she specifically wants are not in inventory.  Offered her Platinum Air option---Upgrade cost for Saturday return.  She says she does not want to arrive at 11:47 pm.  She was very upset.  Escalated to management.  Management spoke to Platinum Air---upgrade cost waived.  Called ****,left voicemail.




    I feel from reviewing all of the correspondence we have had with ****, maybe we need to communicate with ****, so he has a clear understanding of what is actually occurringsince he is the one who has filed this complaint.  We have never worked with ****, and he has not been involved in the extensive work we have done to assist.

    1A,2A and 3A:  This is the signed contract.

    Please note:   on page 2A, are terms and conditions of contract. 
    Page 3A is the Addendum:  This is our 110% price match guarantee---so if the client is finding a higher price, we offer a price match.  Our clients did not provide any details of any better prices at all.



    In conclusion, regarding ***** concerns. 

    We did not tell the clients to cancel their Athens airfare.  No way. 

    The only requests we have received to utilize their Platinum Air vouchers:
    for cruise that only departed from ********* (vouchers are only for continental US.
    airfare to ******************** which we received 1 day before 45 day limit (Platinum Air requires atleast 45 days in advance notice)---which was APPROVED!BUT THE CLIENTS NEVER CALLED BACK TO BOOK.

    Not Happy at all. I went to the dinner, they talked to me about 40 minutes about travel. They did this before I could even see the menu. They explained the program to me, they never once said they were charging $3,999 on my credit card. Who pays this much up front for travel that you have no idea if you will be able to use it. I just didn't know that this was happening at the time. I got home and realize everything that had went on. I immediately called back and tried to cancel this. He was still trying to sell me on this. I wanted to CANCEL, but he acted like I couldn't. This is crazy, how in the world the customer is not able to cancel services. On top of that I had 2 credit cards sent to me. Which didn't help my credit out, who wants to make more bills for themselves. I called back again a few days later to explain why I wanted to cancel. I still couldn't cancel. I didn't want it, but they got their money. It's too many platforms out here to make vacation arrangements other than paying up front. I just want to cancel and be done!!!!!!!

    *****, You purchased our services with us on 10/29/24.  It is shocking to hear that you did not know your purchase, as we have your signed credit card authorization, signed by you on the day of sale.  Your account was activated on 11/5/24. We received a dispute of the transaction on 2/14/25, which was immediately found in our favor due to the overwhelming evidence provided.  Your account is notated that you contacted our office on 3/7/25, which is 4 months after the date of sale.  We would love the opportunity to review your services with us, and go over the benefits and services we offer.  You do have 1 set of Platinum Air vouchers to use, and we offer additional discounts greater than any public platform you can currently book with.  Please call our office and we can schedule a time to review your services.

    We recently purchased a honeymoon trip to ****** for our daughter and son in law as a gift. We really wanted it to be special and we got a super good rate for the flight and resort. There was a flight cancellation with the airline some weeks after the booking and we were so worried because of availability at that time. Well, ***** and ******* pulled it through beautifully with no extra expense to us. And then helped the kids with their rental car needs. Thank you both!     The ********* recently booked a flight to Vegas by calling Compass Group and spoke withMicaela. We gave her exact hours when we wanted to depart & arrive. She came right back that SAME afternoon and had everything squared away, so grateful for that !!! She even got us a better rate than the one I had previously found on Expedia (which helped our budget). She also alerted us as to our luggage. To make sure that the dimensions were within a certain range and that the weight did not exceed the 50lb limit! ******* suggested placing everything inside our check-in bag to avoid paying an extra $25 for the carry-on bag. The way she conducted herself and her "cheery" attitude while we spoke just added to enjoying my vacation even more. I appreciate her services immensely & have already told more friends about my experience. Cant wait to book with her again! 10/10 recommend :)
