    The pergola that Archadeck New Braunfels shows on their website under testimonials is mine, and I COULD NOT be more UNHAPPY with this terrible *************** terrible quality of work! I made multiple requests to have the pictures of my yard and pergola removed from the Archadeck New Braunfels website, but all requests were ignored. I am not someone who ever wants to trash a small business, and I wasn't going to say a thing about the awful experience of having to work with Archadeck New Braunfels. However now that they refuse to remove the pictures from their website, I feel it's my duty to explain how unhappy we were with them. We absolutely would NEVER hire Archadeck New Braunfels for any job, ever again. I would not, and do not recommend Archadeck New Braunfels to anyone! -Every single beam was cut incorrectly, with overhang and gaps everywhere. They then tried to paint over the mistakes making everything much worse.-********* were screwed backwards, and the holes were never filled in and are now all cracking.-The shade structure we selected wasn't the one they ordered, they knew it and still installed the incorrect one.-Not one single beam is level, the entire structure shifts in even the slightest wind, or if anyone even lightly touches it.-There are multiple missing screws and hardware incorrectly installed.-The cement slab they poured is completely uneven.-The paint job around the fireplace was so sloppy it had to be redone multiple times and still looks awful.-The stain on ********* was never done correctly with multiple areas already coming off. The stain was applied directly on the ground in my backyard ruining the grass and plants located near them.-The team washed off black paint brushes against my *********** and ruined the paint job around the faucet.-The cement was slapped down so sloppy that they ruined new steps another company had just created.-The list goes on and on and on!
